Extremely Rude Administrator who ruined the whole experience! I stayed at this hotel in September for a few days. While the rooms were decent and the food was quite good, I would like to raise a serious concern about the check-in process, particularly with the Administrator Elena. When my parents arrived, Elena was extremely rude throughout the entire check-in. She handed us a room key, and we discovered she had assigned my parents to a room with a SINGLE bed and an armchair converted into a child’s bed! When I asked if she was seriously suggesting my father should sleep in a child’s bed, her response was, “I already have enough problems and don’t want to deal with this right now.” After more arguing, she reluctantly reassigned us to another room - this time right next to the hotel’s garbage room! I have traveled widely, and I have never faced such unprofessional and outright rude behavior from someone working in hospitality! It was especially disappointing because the rest of the hotel staff, including those in the restaurants, were very polite and helpful. For a hotel that otherwise has potential, this level of treatment at the front desk is simply inexcusable.

I spent a week holiday at Side Su hotel as solo. It is a city hotel, simple, quite modern and nice. I got a room in the main building, there are few more buildings, each on a different level of the hill. I liked small swimming pools of each level. Unfortunately my room 1201 was the closest to the high traffic street, better to avoid such location. Also be aware of many stairs going down to the beach - it is difficult to older / disabled persons. The best part of the hotel is the restaurant on the top floor: good food and wonderful panorama. I gladly recommend this place for 16+ travelers.

Firstly , we were one of only a few English speaking guests (We're Scottish) but i couldn't care less where other holiday makers come from if i did I'd stay at home . Ok , room 1050 , spacious , clean , pool view , superb shower , comfy bed , great pillows . Location is great , we've stayed in Side many times and like the area the hotel is in so no surprises for us there . Staff i found excellent , cleaning staff , bar people , restaurant people , reception all went out of their way for guests . Pool areas , 3 decent sized pools all kept clean despite many guests leaving things lying around often . We used the bottom pool which was never crowded , no problems with sunbeds etc . Food . We were very happy with the food , breakfast had pretty much anything you'd want , lunch , burgers , chicken , spaghetti (freshly prepared by the very smiley young chef ) and of course loads of fresh fruit . Dinners in the rooftop restaurant (great views) again a great choice , chicken , beef , chips , mash and the best sprouts i've ever had and lots of it and the cakes etc woww pity i only discovered the freshly hand made pizza on our 2nd last night . So to summarise - If you want to be surrounded by Brits I'd say maybe Side isn't for you but you could go to the Red Lion I suppose as it seems popular I believe but for an all inc holiday at a competitive price I would highly recommend The Side Su . We will definitely return . Thanks to all staff for a great 10 days

We stayed 4 nights accommodation on the last days of August. From the very first moment you first enter the hotel, you will see friendly staff. Our plan was a lazy holiday. According to our plan we spent our time in swimming pool most of our time. They have 3 different swimming pools and we loved one which is next to the main building. we would like to special thx to Mr.Gökay (Sales Manager) Mrs. Ayşegül (Housekeeping floor minus 1), Hicabi, Yunus and Pınar from F&B staff.

We stayed here for a week in august 2024. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star but a 3 star hotel. The standard room is too small for 2 people, we barely had space for our luggage, but it was clean and the housekeeping staff was careful. The food was pretty bad and there weren't many options, maybe 5 main dishes but those were boiled vegetables and boiled meat so we only ate pizza for every dinner, fries for every lunch and pancakes for every breakfast and those weren't always good. The location is good, not far from the beach. There is no AC in the restaurant, reception or hallways.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Food top standard, some of the best I’ve ever had from an all inclusive hotel. The rooftop terrace is beautiful to eat from. 3 pools, all open from early in the morning. Again very clean. Not a lot of sunbeds and there were a few sunbed wars going on. But we only struggled to get a bed on our last day. All inclusive drinks perfect. Nice location. Cold air con which was very needed. Staff lovely and so so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Despite the hotel's website promising "a relaxing and wonderful holiday" with "comfort, luxury and peace" it is far from that! There is extremely loud dance music playing most days between 10 and 6 so no peace and quiet at all. They also fail to mention the amount of stairs, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The main building has 8 floors served by lifts but all the outer blocks are 3 or 4 stories high with no lifts and there are a further 3 outside levels with no lifts. The bar that has the evening entertainment is right at the bottom so there are three flights of stairs between that and the main building. The same applies for going to the beach, it is just a few minutes walk after going down to the bottom level. People get up very early, 6 or 7 am to save loungers, frequently not coming to use them until the afternoon, after they have been to the beach, so lots of people walking around trying to find one. The hotel don't seem to have a policy about saving loungers so we witnessed many arguments when people have removed someone else's towels. The hotel itself is lovely and kept very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you (except get a lounger) and the food is fabulous.

Disappointing stay if I'm honest . Had asked for a twin room but was told was full, so we werent even in a proper room on the first night. Their solution was only then a double bed and a small uncomfortable sofa bed. Had requested a twin so wish they had just said not possible and I would have booked somewhere else. Also booked a room which picture showed bath in the room - that didn't happen and the double room booked for my son didn't even have a double bed. Also with a booking made together to not put us close to one another I found very frustrating. People should note if you have mobility issues of any kind this isn't the hotel for you. Lovely selection of pools but steps between each and bars. Also if you are not keen on lifts the restaurant is on the 5th floor and there are only 2 very small lifts so waiting for lifts was constant. We only eat in the evening once (very similar to lunch to be honest) and we were surprised that there were not enough seats for everyone , there were people just waiting with plates of food to sit down. Nice spread at Breakfast. Pools nice, drinks ok. Flatbreads amazing. Could not understand only being able to have icecream between 2.30 and 3.30!

I’m currently here at this beautiful hotel! Pools are clean and beds always available. The food is lovely and plentiful. The drinks are cold and there’s plenty of bars at each poolside! My room is beautiful and clean and modern. I was nervous coming to turkey ok my first solo holiday as a woman travelling alone but this hotel and the staff have made me feel so comfortable and safe and welcome! Looking forward to the rest of my holiday thank you Side Su! Coming back in September and bringing my partner with me!
