Water Side Resort & Spa Hotel - All Inclusive

They were quite good in the past. But not they keep turning off the indoor heated pool. The weather is far too cold for the outside pool, so it’s important to keep the indoor pool heated. A whole load of people were disappointed with this. They keep turning it on and off to probably save some money on bills. But they should be keeping it on consistently for all the little kids that can not do cold water or even the standard of 28 degrees. They have wrongly advertised they have a heater indoor pool for this kind of behaviour. Everything else is not too bad, the service of staff is still not the best but you accept it for what it is. Overall, I am very disappointed with the indoor pool water temperature and I will not reccomend this hotel to anyone on this basis

From the moment we entered the hotel everything was very good. Friendly and helpful staff, good food and the photographer Tom who took wonderful pictures at the hotel made us laugh and left us with beautiful memories. Thanks Tom. The animation is great and very helpful. Thank you Water Side family for this wonderful holiday.

It was a good holiday in water side we really enjoy if evrything is good room us very clean we are very happy hear kids are also happy restaurant is very delicuous aninamation is very super we had fun we will buck thank you for lili yob are amazing

I went for three week with my 2 year old and 4 year old and partner. The first two weeks there was different entertainment everyday and only on week three there were a couple of re dos. But was not disappointed by it. The food was cooked fresh. The grill and pasta were the best. Even the late breakfast had a good selection. It’s good food if you aren’t fussy and willing to try new foods. The family room was spacious and clean with fizzy drinks topped up everyday for the mini fridge. The staff were kind and understanding and very good with the kids. The shops (even though I didn’t go for the fakes) had the best stuff and their personality’s made you gravitate towards them. They also gave my children free items after buying from them. The receptionist was great, he found a potty when I asked, he found things my children dropped and kept them safe, he advised where to go for money exchange. Professional photos were done by two guys who made us all feel nothing but comfortable and we now have memories for life. The games room was a tad expensive but was worth the smiles. The spa had me, my partner and children and accommodated us all, which as a mother was the most relaxing experience ever. The tour guide found us the best experiences for the best prices and was lovely. I got my hair and nails done, the lady didn’t speak English but was still an enjoyable experience and my hair looked great. We made the best of every facility available. And enjoyed it all. Downside: hard mattress. Oh and it’s been 5 months and I’ve been on holiday since and can’t stop missing this hotel and holiday lol.
