Left the hotel yesterday after a 7 days stay. I just got mixed feelings about the hotel. I will start with the pros: - spacious rooms with nice and modern furniture - the food was great and fresh. Had plenty to choose from. Breakfast was almost the same every day but lunch and dinner were diverse and we had something different every day - clean pool - the general amenities such as the beach and pool bar - the beach was clean Cons: - terrible cleaning service. În our 7 days stay the first time our room was cleaned was after 3 days. What they considered cleaning was changing the towels, adding toilet paper and emptying the trashcan and that’s it. No wacuum, no mopping the floor, no cleaning the bathroom or balcony - THE SMELL of sewage was absolutelly devastating in our room. It was discusting and we couldn’t stay in our room one minute without the window open. As we were travelling with a baby that had a sleeping schedule to leave the window open was not an option because of the music and noise coming from the busy road. Because of these two cons i would not recomend the hotel despite having the great facilities -for such a high hotel there are only 3 elevators. S-o you had to wait a lot for one

My family and i stayed at Alarcha for a week this August and I should say that we enjoyed stayinh there very much. The room was vary comfortable and cleaned every day, the food was delicious. What i liked the most, expect of the pool and the sea, was the entertainmet programs prepared for the evenings show.

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, with my boyfriend and other friends. I can say that I had a wonderful vacation here. Varied food, you're sure to find something you like. The rooms are very nice and clean. The only complaint is the beach, which is full of stones, I expected to find more sand. The sea was very rough all the time. Instead, the hotel pool is great. I really liked the evening shows, you can't get bored at this hotel. The employees were very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this hotel for your vacation

we stayed at Alarcha for a week and it wasn’t that good of a experience. First the room overall was clean but there were so many bugs on the bathroom The food was good but every night we got served the same thing THE DRINKS WERE HORRIBLE especially the alcoholic drinks i even got sick the last three days of my vacation from the bad alcohol and the water bottles were hot all the time there wasn’t any cold water on the fridges The man who worked at the towels section didn’t want to give us fresh towels and argued with us the only good part of this vacation was Sena from the staff she made our stay more enjoyable after all these bad things that happened to us

During our recent stay at this hotel, we unfortunately encountered numerous problems that greatly affected our overall experience. The most significant issue we faced was the lack of cleanliness throughout the entire establishment. From the moment we stepped onto the hallway carpets leading to our room, it was evident that they were extremely dusty and appeared to be rarely vacuumed. This lack of attention to cleanliness extended to the rooms as well. Although they were initially clean upon our arrival, the cleaning staff failed to maintain the cleanliness on a daily basis. There was no mopping or vacuuming done during our stay, which left the rooms feeling less than satisfactory. Additionally, the towels in the room were only changed if we threw them on the floor, which was an inconvenience and not in line with the standards we expected. Moving on to the dining experience, we were disappointed with the lack of variety offered at the main restaurant for each meal, even though meat options were delicious. Particularly, the absence of seafood options was quite noticeable, as only fish was served. The staff at the main restaurant also fell short in terms of service. They rarely approached us to inquire if we wanted something to drink, and there were even occasions where we went through an entire meal without being asked if we desired any beverages. This lack of attentiveness greatly impacted our dining experience and left us feeling neglected. Furthermore, the snack bars located at the pool and beach areas were also disappointing. The limited options available, consisting mainly of fried food and pizza, left us craving for more variety and healthier choices. It would have been appreciated if the hotel offered a wider range of snacks to cater to different preferences and dietary needs. In terms of alcohol, we found it disappointing that it was only served at the pool bar and main lobby bars. At the beach bar, the options were limited to beer and wine only. Considering the hotel's claim of being "Ultra all inclusive," this was quite underwhelming. It seemed that the hotel only justified this rating due to the presence of Johnny Walker whiskey, while all other alcohol options were domestically made. Although the quality of the alcohol was not bad, it would have been nice to have a wider selection of international brands available. On a positive note, the cocktails that were made were well-crafted, delicious, and presented with great attention to detail. Another area of concern was the cleanliness of the public restrooms. It appeared that they were not properly cleaned with bathroom cleaners, but rather just with water. This lack of thorough cleaning was evident and left us feeling uneasy about using the facilities. Unfortunately, my girlfriend experienced some health issues during our stay, specifically problems with diarrhea. After reading other reviews from past guests, it seems that this was not an isolated incident and that others had similar e

Last year was our first family vacation in Turkey. We were in the Crystal Deluxe Hotel in Kemer. It was amazing and we thought it can't be any better then this for this price point. But we were wrong! Alarcha surpassed all our expectations. Location of the Hotel is great, it is near the river Alara and you can take a swim in it if you like. The place where the river and the sea meet is special and something that must be experienced. The only disadvantage is that it is located next to a highway, so there can be traffic noise. The interior of the Hotel is breathtaking, one of the best looking Hotels I have ever visited. All of the staff in Alarcha is very friendly and polite. A special greeting to Baktur in the restaurant and to the most famous person in the Hotel barista Ramazan. He makes the best Coffee in the world, I miss the Cinnamon Coffee that so much!! The food in the Azure restaurant is fresh and very delicious, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The Beach Bar of the Hotel is one of the best places, it has a great shade and it's not very hot during the day. I would recommend to try Ice coffee, it is refreshing and tasty! The Beach could be better, umbrellas are scattered everywhere and many are out of use. Sea was great, it was very clear with ideal sea temperature. As for the entertainment it was very good with a variety of content, foam party at the pool, dancers from Colombia and the group Extreme etc.. The biggest downside is the loud music which was once even until 3am. Alarcha is definitely a place that we would like to visit again. Alarcha = Love ❣️

I cannot understand why tourists, by writing uncritical opinions about facilities, mislead future interested parties. Is it due to stupid social correctness, or a sense of shame that once again they were fooled by spending big money. Alarcha Hotels & Resorts is presented as modern, elegant and comfortable. Upon arrival at the hotel, the tourist is impressed by the high care and splendor of the interior finish. Marble floors, stairs and walls make a great impression. Rooms with very comfortable beds guarantee relaxation, elegantly finished bathrooms give the impression of comfort. But there are also downsides; there are no chairs in the room (there are only two chairs on the balcony), the wardrobe is very small and the photos show rooms with a pouffe or an armchair, and in our case there was nothing to sit on. The Itaka travel agency accepted additional payments for a room with a sea view, being aware (we found out on the spot from the resident), that customers of Polish travel agencies will never get a room with a central sea view. The rooms offered had a distant side sea view only after stepping out onto the balcony. The restaurant was large, meals average, but the big downside was the lack of access to a saturator or espresso machine, water or other drinks had to be ordered from the waiters, the bread was often stale and there were no buns. Customers complained about the smell of sewage in some rooms. We, on the other hand, sitting on the terrace of the bar in the evening several times felt an unpleasant smell as if decomposing biowaste. For such a huge hotel (430 rooms), the only swimming pool was far too small. It was surrounded by sunbeds so densely that it was difficult to move around, but it is no wonder, since tourists used the seaside beach in a very small percentage. paradox; the entire surface of the pool had the same depth of approx. 1.4 m, and two lifeguards were wandering about. A huge minus was the seaside beach presented as sandy and pebble, but in fact it was pebble and rocky. It's amazing how this beach was blue sail certified. Red flags were flown throughout our stay despite the lack of wind and there was never a lifeguard. The beach is extremely unfriendly for swimming and dangerous. The descent to the sea was covered with large stones, on which it was difficult to move, much less to keep balance. When entering the sea from a depth of 20 cm, it suddenly became 1.4 m at a distance of 2 m from the shore. In sum; the cost of the stay was very high and in no way adequate to the offer.
