Holiday Inn Manchester - City Centre Reviews

Few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly train station. Right at the heart of city centre. Bus terminal, tram station, restaurants are all around the corner. Added value is the nice city view from hotel room.

Great experience, very convenient because it’s close to everything/ walking distance. 100% recommend!! Lovely staff, very attentive.

The first room did not have an air conditioner. This is not make sense and the service was slow. However, they helped me to change the room after 30 minutes. Therefore, their service need to have some improvement.

Convenient location near Manchester piccadilly station with an amazing gym. It would be better if the concierge staff be more helpful during check out

Good location and good staff, allow early check in without asking

This hotel keeps up with the IHG standard. We are pleased with its cleanliness and great location. The only issue is that we found out the chair in our room was badly damaged. We have taken photos to avoid any claims. When we approached the front desk, the staff clarified that they are fully aware and it’s just a matter of a delay in their procurement. We can’t imagine this would happen at IHG group. Instead of leaving a broken chair in the room, they should remove it to avoid wasting our time to take pics and report the case.

When confirming the order, there was only “payment made in the hotel” The charge when doing check in was higher than the amount shown in the app. It took time to do check in and feeling was not very good. Buffet Breakfast was good. You can order some choices when it was not available in the hot plates. Yummy👍

There is a luggage room for free. The staff was nice and friendly. Room has a plenty of space and clean. Breakfast is good.

Modern clean hotel,5 minutes from Piccadilly train and bus station,also same to shops,evening meal and drinks a bit pricey, plenty of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.would return

Our stay at this hotel was lovely.The people at the front desk were friendly and warm and really helpful.The lady at the bar was also lovely and friendly.Every staff that we encountered at this hotel was lovely. The hotel has beautiful ambience and modern decor. The location of this hotel is super convenient as it’s very close to the city Center which by walking is about 6minutes.It is also close to the Manchester Picadilly train/tram station. The hotels location is also convenient to restaurants and a nice place called Spinningfield which is a 20 minute walk. We would stay again😊😊🙂

Great location and very clean hotel. Great facilities and a very nice gym. Only downside is there is no on site parking available and the hotel carpark is about a good 300m walk away and you have to pay.

Nice and clean hotel, room was spacious and bed was comfy. Air con worked well, there is a fridge and kettle in the room. Bathroom big and good shower and location is central near Piccadilly station
