The Westin Manila

New and nicely appointed hotel, great service. Traffic around the area is bad and the breakfast is just ok but great for business travelers.

I had booked adjoining rooms for our stay with family. The king size bed was very comfortable and amenities the same as the double room. Love that they allow pets and because we had adjoining rooms, my furbaby had more room to move around :)

When I say they take care of you like family, I truly mean it. From the staff in the lounge, to the restaurants, housekeeping, drivers, every employee makes you feel like a guest in their home, not a customer. I’ve stayed at most of the 5-Star hotels in Manila over the past 25 years and the Westin stands above all of them: -The best service by far of any hotel in the National Capital Region - The most modern and luxurious rooms and baths in Manila - The best sleep experience in their incredibly comfortable beds and luxury bedding. We were a group of 3 and the conversation at breakfast was the exceptional comfort of the rooms. The food in their restaurant is also the best I have found in any of the Manila area hotels. At the end of the day though, what truly makes the Westin stand out is the feeling the staff gives that they truly care about you and your comfort. Absolutely exceptional. My highest recommendation
