I book this hotel several times before pandemic becoz of their spacious room and convenient location but now, the hotel really looks old and service not that good. The room all lacking with bathroom tissue, bathroom towels, complementary drinks or coffee and specially service phone. The hassle is u have to go down to the lobby/reception just to ask/request for something. Considering they were called “hotel” but its underutilized. But the good thing is the convenience, just few walks from the shopping mall and convenient stores.

The bed is not clean, I had itchiness throughout my whole body and developed red spots (most likely due to bed bugs). The furnishing in the hotel is very very old, not like what u see in the pictures. Overall, for this price, I could’ve booked some place better. The only plus about this hotel is the location, it’s convenient to get to anywhere within central Manila

the hotel is under construction. there is no complimentary parking . i have to pay 200 , i think it is too much. they dont have OR for the ticket so im not sure if their fee is legal. hotel is abit creepy coz it is old. bathroom is not ok too. dirty mirror. broken toilet bowl. shower is noisy when using. there is no slippers. swimming hrs is only up to 5pm. i wont book again. room is not the same as they show in the site.

The room is old, fully equipped, and has an induction cooker. I couldn't check in in the morning. Although I arranged a room later, I had to pay for half the day's room fee, which was not cost-effective. I won’t live here anymore.
