The whole hotel is smutty. It is not worth the price, there are better thermal hotels in Western Hungary. I do not suggest this hotel. Room: There isn't kettle, the magnetic card lock frequently often jammed. Food: The food is worse than the average. There are 16-18 year old cooks in the kitchen without any qualifications. The meals are tipically extremly salted or the other parts are unsalted. The coffee is worse than on low-cost flights. There are few coffee machines, you should wait in the queue 10-15 minutes. Bar: The service is rude. The bartender unceremoniously told me he could not serve me for at least 20 minutes. Reception desk: It's terrible. We had to wait in the queue more than half hour to check out.

Guests are generally classified as fraudsters. After asking for the room number at the dining room entrance, the drinks cellar asks for a room number card for the first time in 6 days!! We don't get any drinks. After immediately complaining to reception, nothing happens. After dinner, we asked again at reception and the dining room manager came over. There was no common language and of course no understanding. Then the head of the hotel was asked: the hotel has problems with guests who give incorrect room numbers!! Therefore, guests should be able to show their room card. We found out about this after 6 days! Great, different procedures and the guests find out nothing. I have never experienced anything like this in over 40 years of traveling. Rooms are only cleaned superficially, glasses are not replaced. Bathrobes have holes in them and are outdated. This was our first and last stay in this hotel chain.

We booked a deluxe room with a balcony for 2 adults and 1 child in the west wing. Today we were given a room WITHOUT a balcony, without even being informed of this at check-in. When we asked, we received neither a plausible explanation nor an apology. The hotel employee also refused to put us in the room category we had booked and paid for. In the room we were given, it is over 30 degrees, the air conditioning does not work, and there is no mosquito net. The employee at reception initially said that someone would come to fix the air conditioning. After no one came, the same employee informed us that hotels do not have air conditioning in the spring. Again, no apology. According to the booking confirmation, we were of course given an air-conditioned room.

Ich war mit meiner behinderten Frau im Rollstuhl 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Bei der Ankunft waren wir erstaunt, Stufen ins Hotel aber keine Auffahrt oder Rampe für Rollstuhlfahrer. Wir mussten dann hinter das Hotel auf einen Parkplatz fahren. Dann rund um das Hotel mit Gepäck zu einer kleinen Tür durch die wir dann barrierefrei ins Haus konnten. Empfang Check IN. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen ein Behindertengerechtes Zimmer. Zimmerservice Reinigung war sehr schlecht. Es wurden lediglich die 4 Tage nur die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Bett wurde nicht angerührt (trotz Trinkgeld) obwohl wir das Schild bitte reinigen an die Tür gehängt haben. Es wurde kein Boden gesaugt und nichts abgestaubt. Nun zum Zimmer selbst. Das Badezimmer ist zwar schön groß, aber es ist für behinderte Menschen nicht geeignet. Der Boden ist mit Marmor gefliest und äußerst rutschig. Der ganze Duschbereich müsste einen rutschfesten Bodenbelag haben. Hier sollte sich die Hotelleitung schnell einmal Gedanken machen. Noch zu sagen wäre das die Tür-Dichtungen erneuert werden, denn wenn ein Fenster öffnet wird, pfiff der Wind so laut, das an Schlaf nicht zu denken ist. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten all-inklusive. Essen war sehr lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Diese soll aber keine Beschwerde sein sondern, dass sich die Hotelleitung Gedanken darüber macht, was Menschen mit Behinderung brauchen um sich im Hotel auch wohlfühlen. Danke

Das Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir waren im East Wing und genossen All-inklusive. Das Essen war gut, die Auswahl ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Manchmal war die Musikbeschallung im Speisesaal etwas laut, aber nachdem man ersucht hatte, die Musik leiser zu stellen, wurde dem sofort nachgekommen. Unsrer Meinung nach ein tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
