Hotels Near Balci Gokmen in Marmaris

Very good design, nothing extra. A spacious room! There is a kitchen in the room, but except for cups, there were no tea spoons. The mattress is not super comfortable. The location is good - close to everything.

A very nice hotel with your family. Marina is 15 minutes walk away. Restaurants pub and market are just in front of the hotel. There is a place to put a car. You need to walk to the beach of the aurasia beach hotel with city hotel to use free beach The rooms are clean, lazy and lazy. I recommend.

The location is very nice, right in the middle of Marmaris. The most important thing for my family was the sea, it was just a 3-minute walk from the beach. We liked the food very much, it was very good in terms of variety. Especially the alcohol quality was very good, it surprised me a lot. However, there was no air conditioning in the common room where the rooms on the 5th floor were located, and when we left the room, we felt as if we were entering a sauna. Other than that, everything was great, thank you to the whole team. You can travel safely.

Fabulous location. Beach, pool, restaurant access was conveniently located and great. 10% food discount. Staff were most obliging. Best frozen Raspberry Daiquiris and Tuna Pizza!

Me & my partner first stayed at ADA Julian Marmaris in July 2023 and couldn’t fault it so decided to book again for June 2024. Unfortunately we were totally let down from the moment we set foot in the lobby. We arrived at around 2:15am on Sunday morning expecting to be checked in and settled in with no issues. Exchanged details to the member of staff at reception to be told, very rudely that they had no record of our booking on their system and demanded to see our booking confirmation. After back and forth for 10 minutes, the member of staff called my partner back into an office to speak with the manager. 30 or so minutes passed & I went back to find him with the manager who again was saying there was no record of our booking and that easyJet hadn’t forwarded the confirmation to them. The manager was claiming there were no rooms available for us, they were fully booked until the middle of the week and they couldn’t fit us in. A lot more back and forth with the manager he managed to find us a room but it wouldn’t be available til after 3pm Sunday (it was now 3am) so we were questioning where we were supposed to be staying. The First Gentleman we spoke to at reception did manage to find us a room at a neighbouring hotel and told us to come back to Ada Julian first thing in the morning to collect our all inclusive wristbands so we could have breakfast and spend the day at the pool, we did appreciate the effort but it shouldn’t of been necessary in the first place. We did eventually get checked in on the Sunday at 3pm but it wasn’t the original room we had booked for. Unfortunately it didn’t improve by much due to all the changes that had been made since we had first visited. No indoor air conditioned bar area with ping pong table and games scattered about. Its been replaced by a Popeyes kitchen which you get smells of the fryers coming through. The atmosphere had completely changed, couldn’t sit outside of the restaurant to eat meals due to an awful smell from the road and the amount of people smoking. Food was okay, not as nice as previous visit and neither were the cocktails. Serious issue with people reserving sunbeds during the night and having to get up at 7am just to go down to try and get one otherwise it wasn’t possible. It just didn’t feel like the 4 star hotel we had stayed at less than a year before. We were left feeling disappointed and will not be returning to Marmaris for this reason. Such a shame.

Good hotel for your money. Pros: - The rooms have recently been refurbished, everything is quite fresh and clean - good gym - warm swimming pool and hammam - breakfast is not luxurious, but very edible Minuses: - no private parking (but out of season you can always find it on the street not far from the hotel) - old and small TVs in the rooms - only cable channels work, no youtube/netflix/Android tv and other internet services - weak water pressure in the shower and a watering can in the shower without modes - I would like to see this in a hotel with a spa prefix :-)

L’olive homes da odama ilk girdiğimde kendimi Sidi bou said ( Tunus ) de bulunan o muhteşem beyaz mavi konseptteki evlerden birinde hissettim.Burada mavi renk yerine ahşap renginin sıcaklığı tercih edilmiş,odamız tertemiz ve kullanılan malzemeler oldukça kaliteliydi.Malzeme kalitesi kullanılan yatsan yataklarından kendini belli ediyordu.Kaldığımız oda 1+1 konseptinde yeterli genişlikteydi.Her şey max 4 kişinin yararlanabileceği şekilde düzenlenmişti.Salon kısmında duvardan açılan çift kişilik yatakla 4 kişinin de konforlu bir uyku çekmesi garantilenmişti.Genelde bu tür konaklamalarda salonda bulunan yatakların kalitesi düşük olduğundan,salonda kalanlar mağdur olabilmekte ve rahat uyku uyuyamamaktadırlar.Fakat L’olive homes da 4 kişi için de kaliteli bir uyku garanti.Tatiana hanım ve Sevil hanım güler yüzle bizleri karşıladı ve her karşılaşmamızda bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sorarak kaldığımız süre boyunca ilgilendiler.Geliştirilmesi gereken bir kaç detay ise pencere ve balkon kapı doğramalarının gözden geçirilmesi çünkü dışarıdaki ses içeriye oldukça fazla geliyor.Bir sonraki Marmaris ziyaretimizde de burayı tercih edeceğimizi söyleyebilirim.

Once again a remarkable stay at this fabulous hotel. Our fourth visit and already booked for 2025. From check in to check out, the staff here are so courteous, helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure to come back again. Our room was cleaned to a high standard, with regular changes of linen and towels. The ladies were hard working and polite. The food in the restaurants was varied and well presented. Plenty of choice, even for the most picky of guests. The Levante restaurant has the most amazing views and the food and service was second to none. Thank you to Armed/t and his team for making our anniversary meal so special. The Green and Grill made a nice change for lunch on some days. Ayden and all the waiters were attentive and the food hot and tasty. The pool bar and beach bar are a great addition to the main bar in the hotel. Sitting on the beach was so relaxing 😎 and there were always sun loungers to be had around the pool area. A special mention to the Blue Guides, Ruthe and Seniha who were always available to offer assistance and answer any questions. General manager Sharon Ay, was welcoming and a visible presence in the hotel, often found talking to guests. In the short time that we have been visiting the hotel, we have seen many improvements that make our time spent here even more enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing you all again next year.

Nisan ayının ikinci yarısında otelde 3 günlük konaklama yaptık. Otel genel olarak yabancı, orta yaş ve üzeri turist ağırlıklıydı. Otelin konsepti herşey dahil şeklindeydi. Odamız ve otelin genel kullanım alanları ***et temizdi. Rahatsızlık yaşatabilecek birşey olmadı. Hatta kendi kendimize yaşattığımız talihsiz bir olay sonrası yatağımızın tüm örtüleri değiştirildi. Hijyen konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Yemekler genel manada iyiydi. Çeşit konusunda şu da olsaydı diyebileceğimiz birşey olmadı. Lezzet olarak da otel yemeklerine göre iyiydi. Havuzda ve lobide ayrı barlar vardı. Lobideki bar 24 saat açık. Barlardaki ürün çeşitliliği de bize göre makul ve yeterliydi. Chivas, jack, red label, smirnof, olmeca, yeni rakı, tekirdağ rakı gibi markaların başlangıç serilerinin hepsi vardı. Otel denize sıfır konumdaydı. Açık ve ısı**asız bir havuzu vardı. Havuz başında şezlong bulmak biraz zordu. Denize sıfır ve kendisine ait olan ve servis yapılan iskelesi vardı. Plajı dardı ve denizi biraz bataklık tarzındaydı. Denizini sevmedik. Çalışanların hepsi son derece özveriliydi. Animasyonda Hakan, Anastasya, Lira, restoran kısmında Bektaş şef, havuz barda Coşkun başta olmak üzere çalışanlar genel olarak hepsi işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Bir dediğimiz iki edilmedi. Üzülerek döndük. Birdaha gi**ek isteyeceğimiz yerler arasında.
