AVOID. You will thank us for this warning. We stayed all inclusive. On the first day, the outdoor bar, (the only bar at this place) asked us to pay for that days drinks, as we hadnt been there long enough, having arrived the night before. 2nd day onwards it was all inclusive. THE ROOF BAR IS CLOSED, and has been closed for 8 years as of 08/2024. Yet it appears in the photos as open and an inviting area to sit on a night. See photos attached. FOOD. Nightmare local food. Tasteless and served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Same foods, just rearranged and mixed togetger. BUILDING/POOL The rooms in the pictures are not representative of the rooms guest sleep in. Broken tiles around the pool, leaving sharp edges. Some tiles totally missing and covered in loose tin plates that slide if stepped on. STAFF One staff member is happy, smiles and talks to everyone. The rest are pretty miserable, and if you ask them for something, they scowle and begrudgingly carry out the task, EVENTUALLY. PHOTOS I have attached some photos of the hotel to this review.

This hotel was the worst all inclusive we have ever stayed in, we got back 30/9/24. The food was terrible the drinks was watered down couldn’t drink it, the bathroom was a total mess, the shower fitting was so loose it just kept swinging round and soaking everything the toilet seat wasn’t the right one for toilet very loose, sink moves. The balcony only had 2 small stools, there was no roof terrace or games room like it says, and it’s says free WiFi but not. The corridors was badly lit hard to find to unlock and lock your door. The sun bed was filthy they are never cleaned It ruined our holiday just pleased be warned

Avoid unless you’re a vegetarian food was awful they catered mainly for foreign tourists who has salads for breakfast and they didn’t even have a toaster so you could have toast at breakfast. Me and my boys had to go out for food every day. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were nice. Great location that’s the only good thing i can say about it

The room was very dated and needs decorating.i wouldn't stay there again it was a lot of money for a 1 star hotel .apart from the food it wasn't great .the only good thing is it is in a perfect location to everything .also the rooms look nothing like the pictures on the site way so ever

I have been working in tourism since 2010, and I have a lot to tell. So. The hotel has a good and convenient location. To the sea 2 minutes walk, to the street of bars - 15 minutes. Wifi is paid. Safe is paid. The rooms are very old and in need of refurbishment. Toilets and showers are in particular need of repair. The TVs in the room are very small and the picture quality is poor. There is no rope on the balcony, no clothes dryer (bring your own!). Air conditioners are very dirty, their filters have apparently never been cleaned of dust. Audibility in the room - it's horror. You can hear every rustle behind the wall, you can hear how the neighbors go to the toilet and blow their nose in the bathroom. I live in room 205. The second day I can’t relax in my room, because noisy tourists (Turks or Syrians, I don’t understand) settled in neighboring rooms (203, 206), they themselves talk very loudly and their children rush along the common corridor. And adults themselves use the common corridor as an extension of their room, talking loudly between rooms with open doors, and also putting their bags of smelly garbage into the corridor. Food: generally tasty, but no meat. Sometimes chicken, wings or store fillet in hard breading, and in the morning - tasteless sausages. There were no fish at all in 10 days. They begin to clean up food and appliances 10-15 minutes before the end of dinner or lunch. The staff is generally pleasant, the cleaners are nice, but it is clear that the owner of the hotel saves a lot on everything. Overall, at this time, I do not recommend the hotel.

Hotel Selen Marmaris From Dalaman airport to the hotel to go one and a half to two hours. I must say we were dropped off first. The people in our hotel were 17 people from the bus. We arrived around 23:00 and were seated immediately. But it was not possible to change the number or ask for anything. I don’t understand Russian, I’m alone in the hotel, come in the morning. By the way, we did not plan to change the number, although the windows overlooked the road, but this did not interfere, we slept with an open balcony. We were at the end of September, it was not hot, we did not even use the air conditioner. By the way, after six there was always a very strong wind and cold, everyone dressed up to warm jackets. Considering that we took the cheapest option before the flight, we did not count on a super hotel. But it was a very clean hotel for a three-ruble note, at least the public places are clean, the tables are tinder, the dishes are clean. The room is normal with comments of course, but we did not expect anything. We took the family because there were three of us. When checking in there was one sheet, and I sleep under a blanket, and my husband under a sheet. As you can imagine, no one gave us anything. survived. In the morning, after going to breakfast, I went to the service room to the cleaners. With the help of a translator on the phone, she asked for a blanket, a sheet and said that the mattress was hard. In 10 minutes, she put two clothes on my mattress and tucked in the sheet, gave me everything I asked for. I later found her and thanked her with 5 euros. Then all the days she twisted our hearts from towels and tidied up something) not super clean of course, but anyway. Left a couple more times for 10 lire to her. Shampoo and gel are put only upon arrival, but we had our own, and I think you could ask if necessary. The food was delicious! Of course, nothing special exotic, like any three-ruble note, but they cooked deliciously. For ten years of trips to Turkey, we have never eaten decently cooked fish, but here it was not dry and tasty, although of course cooked with vegetables in the oven, but tasty. Wings cook well. Eggplants and baked peppers are cooked deliciously, I love this. Various desserts were not only sickly sweet, but also delicious. Beer is poured into plastic glasses, wine was not taken. The hotel is well located, 20-30 minutes walk to the port. Everything is nearby. Stops are also nearby, they went to Icmeler. The beach was not particularly appreciated there, well, maybe the water is a little cleaner. The second time we did not go, everything suited us here. We took sunbeds from the Moon cafe, you still want to drink while you sunbathe. Fresh orange or a cup of coffee and no one bothers to buy more. That is, 250-300 rubles and three sunbeds are yours) Wi-Fi in the hotel is not what. We bought a 15 GB SIM card, if necessary, I gave it out or used it on the beach, there is excellent Wi-Fi. We didn’t take excursions, but we got acquainted with the guide not far from the hotel there is a point there David is the best guide) so he introduced himself, they contacted him on some questions. By the way, they got just on 09/21/22 so all the Turks were ready to help leave the men there in order to save them from mobilization)

I decided to choose the hotel by looking at the photos. I wouldn't have decided... I haven't been able to have a holiday for 3 years, the hotel I went to with my dreams is a complete disappointment. The rooms are falling apart, it looks like there is a completely different hotel in the photos... I request you to please change the photos. Please put it in its current state. .People should know the real situation and leave.... You have no right to upset us this much... A holiday that started with crying when I saw the room... I left the hotel crying... I'm so sorry... I don't recommend it to anyone....

The hotel has a parking lot for 8 cars, we had a parking problem when we returned to the hotel in the evening, the internet does not work, they do not even give slippers in the room, the mini refrigerator does not work, the room phone does not work, when I call from my mobile phone they say that there is no service outside working hours, when I asked for room cleaning, they only put the bedspread on properly, I was not satisfied at all. We didn't stay, I definitely wouldn't recommend it...

We rested at the hotel with my husband from August 28 to September 6, 2022. The choice is not random; I liked the location of the hotel during my last visit to Marmaris in 2018. The restaurant's tables are located above the promenade, which gives a feeling of urban style, the sea is 3 (three) minutes away, and from there you can choose the beach and which sun lounger to spend your time on. We traveled and swam a lot. We traveled with Otogar by bus to Fethiye to Oludeniz beach, to Bodrum with a transfer in Mugla, by ferry to Rhodes in Greece (we had a visa left, we used it), of course Icmeler, Turunc and on a yacht. Friends, travel, and you will not have the strength and desire to look at the minor shortcomings of the hotel. The staff tries hard, learns Russian words, is always smiling, helpful, and solves problems quickly. In terms of food, we were happy with everything, the variety for the budget money you spent on the tour. For me, the main thing is that every meal served is freshly prepared. There is decent alcohol in the bar, drinks and coffee are always available. Across the road is a pharmacy, Migros, Panty, Roma with excursions and the whole range of shops and entertainment in Turkey. It's a 15-minute walk to the port and there's a different atmosphere.... Walk and enjoy the beautiful coast of Marmaris!!!! We will return, but to a different hotel (my principle is to visit new places). I recommend!!!!
