2nd time at pasabey and wasn't disappointed room's a little small but adequate view facing another wall wasn't the best had to queue for a sunbed some mornings fresh omelettes made daily enjoyed most meals always offered a drink when eating and fresh bottled water put on tables too. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and water, staff friendly cheeky chico kept spirits up entertaining around the pool day and night, will hopefully be returning 2025 with my partner x

From the moment me and my partner walked though the doors after having our suitcases rifled in airport just made the whole holiday stress free.. food was not just the same choice every day. Different options for adults and kids.. not like previous all inclusive crap I've experienced. ENTERTAINMENT. Chico goes out of his way above and beyond to help support and make each person's holiday a memorable one. From his quirky personality to his selfless acts of kindness. Made my proposal more the more memorable. ( she said yes) different entertainment from comedy. Bingo, nights out on bar street. Kids water activities. On site shop hairdressea tattoo parlour Spa. Honestly can not fault this place Made brilliant memories. So much so we returning on 10th October Friendly area. Local shops banks transport within 100m.

Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Food and drink OK for the price of the hotel. Hotel kept very clean and rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels and water left in your room. Safe kept on top of fridge in room which got very warm. Omelettes freshly cooked in the morning and were great, also the soup at lunch and evening meal was so tasty. Coffee available all day and night as reception had a machine by the lift. Set on a backstreet so very quiet. As you can see the pool is small and that is where the evening entertainment is where you can also see the tables and chairs outside the restaurant so that is the only place you can sit in the evening so most people ate out there so had a table for the evening. There is no indoor bar or evening entertainment so as October you need to take a few cardigans to keep the chill off. Entertainment was Bingo, scratch football, Turkish dancing, there was Miss Pasa Bey etc, the entertainment starts and 9 and ends at 10 which Chico the entertainment person is so funny and joyful, he played nice music throughout the day and was very friendly and funny. Harbour, Bazaaar and beach 10 min walk down the road. This is a relaxing holiday not a party holiday. Pool bar opens at 10 and closes at midnight, it is also open while they are cleaning the pool area at 6pm everyday to keep spotless. Many thanks to all the staff and Chico for a lovely holiday.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel The staff were brilliant ,we went last 10 days of season so no shortage of sunbeds ,still had entertainment most nights , we were the only family with a small child when we arrived but we were made welcome by the other older guests , all in all had a great stay and would more than likely stay here again

Nice hotel in easy walking distance of Marmaris marina and the Grand Bazaar. The usual all-inclusive food options, (NO pork as this is a Muslim country). Eggs and omelette cooked to order at breakfast. Good choice of food, you will not starve here. Note: this is NOT England! There was entertainment almost every night despite what it says on the website. Some better than others. The entertainment guy, Chico is brilliant. Mainly darts and water polo activities during the day, though. There is a useful mini-market in the hotel, and tea and coffee 24/7 in reception. Rooms are a decent size, and most have either a garden or pool view. Rooms serviced every day. WiFi throughout the hotel is ok. There can be a shortage of sunbeds at peak times, and you may have to queue up at 6:30am to get the one you want. Your towels will be removed by staff if you leave them unattended. So don't do that. Another irritation is that you only get one room card, and all power in the room goes off if you remove it from the slot in the room. Not ideal if one of you needs to go out.. We went in October, and while it was hot during the day, night time can get pretty cool. Entertainment is outside by the pool, so bring a hoodie! We went on 3 trips organised via the Jet2 rep, Ediz. He's great, a mine of useful info. Trips were reasonably priced too. We went on the river trip (with mud bath!), shopping trip, and the full day pirate ship / swimming one. Anyone familiar with all-inclusive holidays in Europe will have no problems with Türkiye these days. A word of warning: while Jet2 flights are great, Turkish airport security is a nightmare. Be ready to present your passport and boarding passes at least 3 times, and your gear will be searched twice, and that's just to get out of Türkiye! Don't rely on having your boarding passes only on your phone, you NEED a printer copy.

Sunbeds - don't expect to have any personal space as they are crammed together and not enough. They were comfortable with large parasols. Drinks - the usual for a budget all inclusive hotel. A few cocktails not pre made but not good either. Gin was fine but the tonic water was awful. No sparking wine. Restaurant - Ice cream for a limited time. Just don't understand this at all. We usually missed it as we eat late. Didn't like the food apart from a few dishes. There was of Turkey on the menu day after day. Cereals - the cereal station was a joke. A tiny area with the contraptions that resulted in cereal everywhere but in your bowl. Plenty of big bowls with coloured sauces in you could get rid of these and have a proper cereal area. Service in the restaurant - getting a drink with your meal , occasionally you had to wait ages or go outside to the pool bar and get your own. Wine was in a tiny glass and if you wanted a 2nd one good luck with that. Water - bottles left in room daily and also in a fridge to grab if you wanted one in the restaurant. The waiters would usually put bottles on your table at meal times which was excellent in the heat. Entertainment - Chico and his team do a good job day and night. The booked evening entertainment is on a short time and only half the guests can see as of the seating area being in a L shape at the pool side. Rooms - beds were very comfortable and the pillows one of the best I've experienced. We moved rooms and in our 2nd room we had a tiny wardrobe which was useless . Not enough space everything was crammed together and no drop. The fridge was inside which made everything hot inside too. Reception - our check in was good late at night though no food or snack was provided. We requested a room move the next morning which was dealt with swiftly. The staff member was so lovely and friendly giving us pointers about the hot sun to protect our skin. He was an older man name started with a G. Late room request - you don't find out until after breakfast on the day you leave which is cutting it fine. Most of the staff were nice and friendly which is always nice.

good and bad points of this hotel good points. nice clean hotel , staff are excellent, friendly and helpfull bad points. with 137 rooms which when full would be just short of 300 guests and there are roughly 60 sunbeds. food. if you like cheese your lucky , because nearly all the food had cheese in it. i can,t eat cheese for medical reasons. we eat in on the 1st night, food very average. drinks , never been to an all inc hotel with watered down wine etc, or that what it tasted like, vodka etc i think they were on a bonus with the little amount they gave you. spoke to guests who had been to this hotel last year and even they said the food and drinks had gone downhill and they wouldn,t go back. entertainment. chico very friendly , but hardly anything going on. darts in the morning, water polo in the afternoon. evening entertainment. as we only stayed in for 1 night because of the food choices, i can only comment on that night. turkish dancing, might of been a good show , but because of the shape of the hotel etc , there were a quite few of us who were sat around the corner and couldn,t see or hear the show. 6 o clock ,evening you are kicked out from where the bar is, so they can clean, even though it didn,t need cleaning and i say kicked out because they don,t ask you ,they tell you.

Been coming here twice a year for a few years now. It's set back a bit from the main area but the marina, beach & shops are within walking distance. It's clean and tidy and the staff are very friendly. It has a very good spa service offering massages, manicures etc. I always have my hair done & seem to find a new tattoo to have at the very experienced on site hairdresser & tattooist. The food is delicious at all meals with plenty of hot & cold choices. There is entertainment in the evenings and games around the pool during the day. There is a quieter garden area if you just need to chill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel

Just got back from a 7 night stay & this is my own honest review. This hotel is catered for older people, not children ( nothing for them here) nor young adults. Be prepared to queue for a sunbed at 7am ( pool opens at 7.30) by 7.45 they'll all be gone, unfortunately some people put towels out & go out for the day very selfish, there's definitely not enough for the size of the hotel. Same as seating outside there's not enough & people end up sitting on sunbeds around the pool area where the evening entertainment is - entertainment I say loosely - during the day there was only darts or water polo I don't think it was every day though. But always background music that was at a decent volume and not to loud. Evening entertainment between 9 pm & 10 pm consisted of Turkish dancing, a "comedy" acrobat act (wasn't even funny) bar tender act, bingo & karaoke. The bingo game cost £5 or 200 TL for the full sheet of 90 numbers and if not alot of people are playing they only play a full house game - the prize money is poor, I worked out they were making themselves around £150 + after the prize money was given out. They were also doing a football scratch card - again £5 or 200 TL whoever's team was scratched off won the prize money but I don't know what that was. Very poor entertainment unfortunately. Breakfast starts at 7.30 the usual AI options available, fresh omelettes & fried eggs available to order & very tasty. Freshly squeezed orange juice was available but there is a charge for this but I can't remember how much. Lunch starts at 12.30 - & evening meal at 7.30 pm, large selection of salad and cold buffet, unfortunately nothing on the cold buffet is labelled so apart from the obvious I didn't know what alot of things were which was a shame, hot buffet was labelled - not a huge selection though but very tasty, unfortunately it was often only lukewarm by the time you sat down to eat and vegetarians would struggle to get anything. Lots of turkey and meatball dishes everyday and also soup is available. I think there was only one day I didn't enjoy the evening meal but was very happy otherwise. There is also a snack bar outside at 2.30 for burgers, chips etc. All the staff are very hard working and do really long shifts and very nice people a credit to the Pasa hotel group, it's also a really clean hotel. There is an onsite shop but I believe it is quite expensive, there's a little supermarket around the corner from the hotel that is cheaper. There's also a barbers/tattoos shop & a lovely lady who does pedicures/manicures next to the shop. A massage place downstairs - I didn't use any of these so not sure on prices. It's a good 15 minutes walking distance to the grand bizarre - if you want fake clothes/trainers I recommend Stevie G New at entrance 47 he's a great guy & decent clothes. Opposite him is a lovely little cafe it's called Love cafe we had amazing kebabs and the best chips I've ever tasted & very good prices. Also recommend the Taj Mahal opposite

I had the best holiday here ! The staff was absolutely amazing . Everyone was so friendly and kind. The room was a bit small but the atmosphere made up for it. Chico ( the entertainment staff member ) made this holiday to be one of the best ! Such a positive person ! Even got my lashes and tattoo done ! I will be definitely coming back next year and I can't wait ! 🤗
