Just came home from pasa bay. Well rooms are beautiful and cleaned every day with clean towels. The hotel is very clean . Pool brilliant and we got sun bed every day. The food is brilliant they try cater for every one ..snack bar is great never starve. Drinks good too. Also there was hair dresser/ tattoo shop on site. I had tattoo and he is the best I'm so so pleased with result. He so friendly and prices are good. .. there's also little shop on site. Too. Chico is the best and thank you for making every laugh every day brilliant holiday .

Would defenetly go back food good feels homely staff cant do enough for you and chicco is exellent always makes you smile theres entertainment every day and night chicco also takes you to bar street every night if u want to go the hotel is just right up my street

Our 5th visit to Pasabey and as always it didn't disappoint. We are looked after like family and this hotel feels like our second home, The staff are amazing and cannot do enough for you, Staff at this hotel don't leave, as it's such a great place to work and that transfers to making such a welcoming place to visit. Visiting is like staying with family and the entertainment is like a great time with best friends. There are lots of varied activities to suit every taste, either to participate or watch, both are entertaining. Headed up by Chicco, you can be part of water polo, water aerobics, darts, karaoke, quizes or chaperoned to bar street . Chicco has even brought in lots of evening acts such as belly dancing, traditional Turkish dancing and acrobatics to name but a few. Can't wait for our next visit.

Hotel was rated as 4 star but is more like 3 star. Room was tiny so got very hot and when air conditioning was on it was blowing directly on to you so at night time it was difficult to sleep. All inclusive package was poor. Beer was weak and only efes draft available, no bottled beer. No local white rum available and wanted extra for Bacardi. Only 3 cocktails on all inclusive, 2 vodka & 1 gin. Meals were repetitive and if you didn't get to restaurant early was only warm, not hot. Breakfast omelettes were very good. Staff were very friendly and worked hard. Plenty of sun loungers available although most were close together so not a lot of room to move when busy. Entertainment was average with only 2 acts brought in from outwith the hotel in the 7 days we were there. The other nights were filled with Bingo and 1 night with Karaoke. Daytime entertainer tried hard but didn't appear too happy if you did not want to participate in darts, bean bag game or water polo which were the daytime entertainment every day.

Perfect holiday enjoyed every bit off it 😊 the best part was laying down at in Sunday beds by the pool 🤭 nice staff 😊 everything was just perfect would recommend for everyone who what’s just relax 🧘‍♀️ nice city walls as well 😊 I enjoyed my holiday 😊

We were a bit apprehensive as it was our first time at Pasabey and like any place there was the odd negative review. We had an amazing time from start to finish and would like to thank all the staff – reception, bell boys, cleaners, kitchen, dining staff, bar, entertainment, spa/massage – all were top. We arrived around midnight (flight delay) – greeted by reception staff – quick efficient check in as they understood we were tired. Rooms fine, clean with small balcony – cleaned daily/towels changed etc. Food – good choice, my wife was happy as plenty of veggie options. Some may find meals repetitive but that’s the nature of an all-inclusive buffet style layout. There were hot options at all meals – we enjoyed the fresh omelettes for breakfast. I need to give a special mention to the dining staff – they were running around all day. As soon as you finished your meal – plate or glass - it was taken. They worked hard but always had a smile on their faces. Chicco (entertainment) – very welcoming and tried to get guests involved in activities which were varied. There was a barber, tattoo and nails service on site. My wife used the sauna/pool daily and had a full spa treatment (including scrub, massage and facial) on one of the days. She loved it and felt extremely relaxed. On our last day we paid £40 to keep the room until late afternoon as we had a evening flight. All in all, we had an excellent week. Thank you!

Rooms are very clean, tea and coffee available in the rooms, clean towels and fresh water daily, you can use hotel towels round the pool free of charge. Food was nice we didn't struggle at all. Staff were really friendly nothing was too much trouble, Chico was the entertainment guy, he was brilliant, so funny great with kids and adults alike he even accompanied a gent who was taken to the hospital so he could translate this guy really did go above and beyond. We would go back but not in high season as there wasn't enough seating round the pool to watch the entertainment, entertainment was nightly n even did a shuttle bus to bar street on certain nights. We had a fab holiday everyone mingled.

First the positives :very clean hotel and hard working staff . Negatives :the food is absolutely disgusting ,very limited choice ,if you like rubber chicken and some kinda meat in what seems the same sauce you'll be fine . Very small pool with not enough sunbeds or seating Location : nowhere near the sea ,infact we never saw the beach while we were there . Very loud obnoxious drunk guests who kept us up until 3 am , the language around the pool bar was atrocious.while not the hotels fault ,they should have been told to reign it in . Our balcony view was of a barbed wire fence and building rubbish not acceptable for a four start hotel . In summary we wouldent return and wouldent recommend the hotel to anyone ,unless you enjoy being paraletic drunk all the time .

All the staff are welcoming and friendly but the best part of the holiday was the entertainment team. You aren’t forced to join in but always welcome to watch the fun which is ideal for myself. Turkish night on a Monday is really good too. The hotel is clean and the food is nice too.

Once again I am glad of this hotel. Stuff, restaurant, spa and rooms ...everything is great! BIG regards for Chico who made this hotel alife. His positive energy keep your smile all day. I liked also evening shows and bingo games. There was wonderful holiday.

Had an amazing stay! The food was lovely a good variety to choose from. Rooms were nice and cosy. Chico made our holiday even better he was hilarious and always made sure we were involved and having fun. Overall it was a lovely place to stay, definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed my time at Pasabey hotel… from start to finish chico entertained us and had all the family laughing he made it a great holiday, the rooms were cleaned everyday the pool was also cleaned daily. The food was good also and enjoyed the night time shows.

The first thing I would say is that all of the hotel staff made this holiday so special to us , all the staff are so friendly and helpful it make you feel just at home , you really could not ask for anything more they made it a lovely experience. The entertainment run by chico was amazing 🤩 and he is a very lovely guy and a comedian. There bar staff are so so lovely and nice to chat with and make the best drinks 😊. The food is really delicious. Lovely pool and spa . The rooms are really nice and cosy. This is a hotel that will keep you coming back every year. It just feels like home. It was the best holiday I've ever been.I stayed for 1 week.Food was good, entertainment was so fun.The staff was respectful, friendly and took care of us.We are very grateful.There is a family atmosphere in the hotel, everyone gets along with each other.There was only drunk customer who was causing trouble to everyone.Despite that, the staff did not break their respect. The hotel's hairdresser is very good. My husband had hair cut and got a pedicure, I dyed my hair and got a tattoo, we really happy. The tattoo artist was very successful. My husband really liked hairdresser's attention. The pedicurist did a really good job too. Thank you very much for this wonderful holiday.
