It is equivalent to a hotel in China. The yellowed bath towels are disgusting, and the lack of a hair dryer makes people wonder if the people here have natural curls after washing their hair, so they don’t need to dry it? The room is small, the service at the front desk is warm, and there are professional luggage carriers. The front desk is fully enclosed, and then they climb the counter when they come in and out, which is a bit interesting. I laughed. I made an appointment to pick up the airport, and the pick-up driver was also very good.

Honestly, I didn't have a great time at this hotel. First of all, I wouldn't give it 4 stars, maybe 3 at most, because the door was broken. Sometimes the plastic where the door card is placed practically came off and fell off, leaving only the electronic card outside. The windows are very thin, and every night there's a bar across the street that plays music that can be heard all the way into the room, disturbing my sleep. A young woman at the front desk was quite rude. I asked her for a favor because I'd had a problem with my excursion, so I asked her to call. She did call, but afterward she basically treated me very rudely and it really bothered me. As for the bathroom, I reported at least three times that the shower wasn't draining, so the water level would rise when I showered. They always said everything was fine, but in reality, my feet were soaking wet. The floors are often dirty, and sometimes my shoes would get stuck. Then, for example, there were pipes coming out of the toilet without covers or anything; honestly, only one person was very welcoming and helpful, and I think it was the security guy who is skinny and wears glasses, whose name I don't know. The mattress isn't very comfortable because it has a slope on the left side that makes you slide on the floor. The electronic room key was disabled at least three times, and after a 6:00 AM wake-up call and returning after a full day's excursion, having to go up to my room to find that the key didn't open the door and go down to reception to have it reset was truly annoying on three occasions! The elevator wasn't working at least twice, so I had to walk up three flights! The ATM for paying taxes wasn't working.

The hotel is good: clean and organized. The shower is good, too. But it's not a 4-star. There are no bath amenities. Bring your own kit, including a hair cap and conditioner. We stayed as a couple and had twin beds. The towels were far from fluffy. The bathroom was small. Location: close to some restaurants. The staff: friendly, like everyone else here.
