Riad Belikoss Pool & SPA ★★★
"The riad is located in a good location, not noisy and yet close to Medina attractions. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit meh and on departure day there was no breakfast provided. We left at 07:15 like all the dessert tours from Marrakesh but the Riad provided no breakfast at all even though it was included in the booking. Other than that all things were good in Riad Belikoss."
Pestana CR7 Marrakech ★★★★
"Actually is a nice hotel but lack of maintenance, I booked 2 rooms with my family… my shower room, the water was leaking into my bedroom… And it seems the hotel really lack of maintenance… the aisle, the wall and the cleanliness… And the bad thing was… the staffs and the lady manager argued with my wife about umbrella 😖😖😖 Need more training 🥴 And the scrambled egg ham and cheese breakfast so bad taste 😣😣😣 The hotel no air con during the winter… air con only when summer time… and we have to open the window to get the air cool and the noisy sound outside the window makes us couldnt sleep well… Idk why Christiano Ronaldo want to be the partner of this hotel…🙄🤥🤪🙄🤥🤪 Rooms: 2/5 | Service: 2/5 | Location: 5/5 Food and drinks Bfast not nice especially the scrambled eggs"

Riad Carole - Perfect for Families & Groups
"A "tourist trap" riad par excellence. Despite booking 6 months in advance, our room for 4 was not available, so we got a room, certainly large (to share with small crawling animals...) but dirty, level -1 compared to the road (so no window overlooking the outside), a dilapidated bathroom the size of a toilet, with the smell..., and, cherry on the cake, without working air conditioning (given the thickness of the dust it hadn't broken down the day before). In short, at 3am the first night, unable to sleep, we booked elsewhere despite paying for the week... the claim is in progress..."

"Attentive staff, very welcoming reception, varied and good buffet We will not hesitate to come back for our next stay"
Park Hyatt Marrakech
"Our stay at Park Hyatt Marrakech was truly exceptional. In my opinion, this property deserves more than five stars. It is not just a hotel; it is a luxurious resort that offers outstanding comfort, world-class facilities, and exceptional service. We stayed in Room 603 on June 16, 2026, and from the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, the Reception and Concierge teams warmly welcomed us with refreshing juice and delicious sweets, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel valued and appreciated from the very first moment. The resort is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, surrounded by stunning landscapes and offering everything a guest could wish for. The restaurants are excellent, the facilities are outstanding, and there are several swimming pools designed for every type of guest. Whether you are traveling with children, as a family, as a couple, or simply looking for a peaceful and private retreat, there is a perfect space for everyone. The resort successfully combines luxury, comfort, privacy, and entertainment in a truly remarkable way. What impressed us the most was the exceptional level of service throughout the resort. After the warm welcome, Hamza from the Reception team personally handled our check-in with great professionalism and kindness. He took the time to sit with us, explain the resort in detail, provide us with a map, and introduce us to the various facilities and services available throughout the property. Once the check-in process was completed, Hamza personally accompanied us to our room in a resort buggy (golf cart). Along the way, he explained the different restaurants, swimming pools, facilities, amenities, and activities available within the resort. His attention to detail, patience, and genuine care made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured that we could fully enjoy everything the resort had to offer from the very beginning. Hamza is truly an asset to Park Hyatt Marrakech and represents the highest standards of hospitality. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Restaurant Manager , who took the time to personally assist us and introduce us to the various dining venues within the resort. As first-time visitors, his guidance and recommendations were extremely valuable and helped us make the most of our stay. This level of personalized attention reflects the outstanding hospitality and commitment to excellence demonstrated by the entire team. Everything about this resort reflects excellence, from the beautiful surroundings and exceptional facilities to the restaurants, swimming pools, and outstanding service. Thank you to the entire team, including the management, reception, concierge, restaurant staff, and all employees, for creating such a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Park Hyatt Marrakech to anyone looking for a world-class luxury resort experience in Morocco."
Hôtel & Ryads Barrière le Naoura
"Great experience I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so welcoming, and the location was very centrally located. We were never more than a 15-minute cab ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on, and the pool restaurant and main restaurant were also lovely."
Savoy le Grand Hotel Marrakech
"The cleanliness was just okay, and the staff's attitude could use some improvement. On the bright side, breakfast was good and the location was excellent, right next to a shopping mall with a supermarket."
Riad Jona
"Good location and safe road Rooms are much smaller than advertised There is a serious sewage issue A bit noisy"
Sofitel Marrakech Palais Imperial & Spa
" Bad service "
Hivernage Marrakech
"The room was very nice and we were very happy staying here. We will book it again next time we come here."
Riad Dama & Spa
"Jamal and Chipo, are the most attentive hosts you could ever wish for! This is a charming oasis of calm in the middle of the bustling inner-Medina, with a peaceful roof terrace for a quiet suntan. The rooms are cool with very comfy beds. A lovely hammam and jacuzzi give an added luxury."
Dar Hilana - Boutique Riad & Spa
"!!!Note: The address listed for this guesthouse, 212 Derb el Cadi, is incorrect on Google Maps. This address is in the west of the city, but the guesthouse is in the east. You need to search for "Dar Hilana." Take a bus to the Bab aylan gate, then walk about 500 meters. This guesthouse seems to be newly opened; the facilities are quite new. It has three floors, with a rooftop terrace offering a good view. The overall decor has a strong local feel. The area outside the guesthouse is a local residential area with fruit and snack shops, but no restaurants. We usually ate near the tourist attractions. The breakfast was quite plentiful, including yogurt, honey, bread, and fried eggs, and tasted pretty good. The owner and staff were very friendly. However, I felt the guesthouse's decor focused too much on artistic flair and neglected practicality. I expect the maintenance costs will be quite high in the future. For example, the bathroom walls weren't tiled; they were just whitewashed, which is prone to mold and peeling."
Riad 16 Dar and Pool
Enjoy fresh breakfast beside outdoor pool and garden; free parking, on-site laundry and nearby hiking trails available.
Yaad City Hotel
A tasty breakfast and a restaurant are available, alongside an outdoor pool. Close to an amusement park, it offers luggage storage, an airport shuttle and a conference room.
Bab Hotel
"Got a free upgrade which was lovely. Breakfast wasn’t great but had a good coffee machine. The bread etc wasn’t covered and attracted a lot of flies. The bar on the roof top was very quiet and the drinks are quite expensive but I can imagine it being quite nice in the busier months. Great location."
Riad Sultan Suleiman & Spa
"We were surprised upon arrival to find that the rooms we had booked (deluxe suite) weren't available; they gave us two small double rooms instead. The breakfast was limited and the bathroom towels were dirty. It doesn't live up to the rating at all. The location was good and the staff were friendly."
Palais Moulay Said & Spa
The property is designed in the style of a traditional Moroccan riad palace, featuring a central courtyard, ornate archways, mosaic tilework, and handcrafted décor that reflects the heritage of Marrakech. Rooms and suites are individually styled, combining classic Moroccan design elements with comfortable modern amenities to create a warm and elegant atmosphere.
Riad Errabii & Spa
"Everything was fine, excellent service and cleanliness. A typical Riad with a splendid furnished terrace. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Excellent organization for transfers and communication. Quiet and clean, ideal for relaxing but also close to everything for visiting souks and monuments. Well done guys! 👏 Luca"
