Riad Belikoss Pool & SPA
"Travelled with my partner and our 18 year old son and stayed in a triple room. It was plenty big enough with ryanair hand baggage, it might be a bit small for three adults if you had rucksacks or big suitcases. Towels changed and room tidied daily and the bathroom and shower were great, just needed to wait a little before the hot water came through. You would have to really go looking to find fault with the facilities. I'm sure any problem you find would be sorted out by staff quickly if you raised it, they really do pride themselves on their service and their reputation is well deserved. It was a peaceful retreat from the busy Medina and I felt very safe there, enjoying a bit of sunbathing on the rooftop in the afternoons. I had a lovely massage in the spa arranged by the staff, booking was easy and times flexible. The staff do recommend their spa and hammam facilities and day trips but it's fine if you don't take them, we organised a trip separately. Roberto the cockatiel entertained us with some Bob Marley and was well loved. The breakfast was amazing, fruit, orange juice, pancakes, omelette and coffee. Salt and pepper were available and so was hot milk. Mint tea was also offered. We had dinner (half board) too which was traditional Moroccan food and very nice, I enjoyed all the food. It is "get what you're given" so if you want a choice maybe don't choose this option. It's more like staying in a home than a hotel in this way, if you want a restaurant there are plenty in the Medina to choose from. I liked the feeling of safety and being looked after on the rooftop which having an evening meal provided. You do have to ring the doorbell at the door to get in but it's no big deal. We also didn't have a lock on our door but this was fine, the staff were keen to make you feel at home and the other guests were respectful. The staff were great at explaining how not to get scammed and gave recommendations on where to go. Special thanks to Ismael (who I called Hamza the whole time, sorry!) who was really genuine, lovely and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back one day I hope."

Riad RIM
"We stayed at this riad. We were disappointed. Clean, yes... we had the set menu once, which was very good... but the hammam wasn't working, and the jacuzzi wasn't working either, supposedly because it was too hot... Having a jacuzzi, I use it at any temperature. We were the only guests, which could perhaps justify the hammam and jacuzzi being unavailable. Yet we had paid the full price. In short, once was enough."
Riad les palmiers de la medina
"We really enjoyed the riad. It's beautiful, clean, conveniently located, and had a delicious breakfast on the veranda. I especially loved the staff's attitude. Asma was with us from the first day and was always in touch. She explained everything a tourist needs and met all our needs. Thank you! We highly recommend it! ❤️"
Ambre Epices Medina Riad
"Since we visited Morocco for the first time, we did seek an accommodation that was authentic and made us feel the culture. This Riad lived up to all expectations and so so much more! The hotel was so clean, the food was good, the interior was beautiful, the vibe was so nice and calming, and the service and people there were absolutely amazing!! They made our trip complete! Helped us do the most fun activities, and we loved getting to know everyone. It felt so personal, and we were truly upset when we left because we felt the place so “homey”. Definitely one of the greatest place I’ve ever stayed, and we want for sure to visit again sometime"

Les Jardins de La Koutoubia
"Positives: - beautiful, clean and luxurious - perfect location, doesn’t get any better than this - friendly, helpful and brilliant staff whether the doormen, bell men, reception staff or restaurant and cafe staff; specials thanks to Amina, Abdullahi, and Fatiha. - proper prestigious hotel with riad and cultural feel - good breakfast - perfect selection of restaurants and cafes with delicious food - the ambiance is amazing and in the evenings it’s serene with colours, live music and fragrance. - views from the roof top pool and sky bar is the probably the best in the city. Improvements: - air conditioning could have been better. Having said that the lobby and roof top restaurant were always much cooler so probably just our room or because of the heat outside but it definitely didn’t feel cool during day time. - lady at omelette station at breakfast always had an attitude for no reason at all."

"Everyone was so nice and helpful, and the riad is gorgeous. Didn't stay in the main building, but it was not an issue for me. The door was hard to open and close, had to get a staff member to help us at first but we got used to it. The breakfast was nice as well."
