We were deeply touched by the gracious upgrade to the Presidential Villa, a gesture that perfectly captured the spirit of Oberoi hospitality. The villa itself was beyond breathtaking — private, serene, and thoughtfully designed with every imaginable comfort. A heartfelt thank you to Rohan, the General Manager, whose leadership and warmth are evident in every aspect of the resort; to Arjun, whose mastery in food and beverage turned every meal into a culinary experience; and to Mamdouh, whose attentiveness and genuine care made every interaction feel personal. What truly sets The Oberoi, Marrakech apart is not just its beauty, but its people. Every team member we encountered embodied the Oberoi ethos — gracious, intuitive, and consistently exceeding expectations. Even the smallest requests, whether made in person or by email, were met with immediate, thoughtful responses. That level of responsiveness and care is rare, even among the world’s finest hotels. My stay at Sofitel was very comfortable, pleasant and enjoyable. Service was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Service at the breakfast buffet and pools was a little slow due to how busy it was, but the staff were always trying their best and attentive. The public areas were clean and well maintained, there was fast internet and the room facilities were clean and comfortable.

Positives: - beautiful, clean and luxurious - perfect location, doesn’t get any better than this - friendly, helpful and brilliant staff whether the doormen, bell men, reception staff or restaurant and cafe staff; specials thanks to Amina, Abdullahi, and Fatiha. - proper prestigious hotel with riad and cultural feel - good breakfast - perfect selection of restaurants and cafes with delicious food - the ambiance is amazing and in the evenings it’s serene with colours, live music and fragrance. - views from the roof top pool and sky bar is the probably the best in the city. Improvements: - air conditioning could have been better. Having said that the lobby and roof top restaurant were always much cooler so probably just our room or because of the heat outside but it definitely didn’t feel cool during day time. - lady at omelette station at breakfast always had an attitude for no reason at all.

✨ A true haven of peace in the heart of the Medina! ✨ We had an unforgettable stay at Les Jardins de la Médina. The place is absolutely magnificent, a verdant and serene oasis just steps from the vibrant energy of Marrakech. Every detail is meticulously attended to: the rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, the garden is sublime, the pool is delightful, and the scent of jasmine in the air makes the atmosphere even more magical. Special mention goes to the staff, whose kindness and attentiveness are truly exceptional—always smiling, discreet, and incredibly caring. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and dining under the orange trees is pure bliss. Thank you for this enchanting interlude. We will gladly return 💛

It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked. - the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking. - we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend - i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food. If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

Great experience I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so welcoming, and the location was very centrally located. We were never more than a 15-minute cab ride from anywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was a nice add on, and the pool restaurant and main restaurant were also lovely.
