We had a wonderful stay in this place, the staff in here are extremely friendly and welcoming, special for the animation team staff ( mini club) Betty saad mido tamara. Our room was lovely, and kept very clean. The only issue is our neighbours ( upstairs) keep dragging the chairs in the middle of night, but that’s nothing to do with the staff in here, so I recommend you to avoid ground floor apartments! Activities range from yoga, dance, fitness etc… overall it’s a great place.

This was an outstanding experience, the staff were exceptional, polite, warm and facilitating; I would like to highlight the personal service provided by Yousaf in the main restaurant. In general staff 5/5 facilities 5/5 food 5/5 entertainment 5/5. I would recommend this resort wholeheartedly.

The rooms are clean The staff is friendly, The location is convenient, but there isn't much in the immediate area. Overall, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a all inclusive option.

This was a lovely hotel, great location and facilities; - 10mins from the airport - 15mins from the hustle & bustle Souks of Marrakesh and a 15min walk to one of the local malls where they have a small food court. The room was nice and clean, however, a few days into our stay we had water leaking from the shower tray aswell as a sewage smell. Nothing was done about this,despite several calls to reception. A couple of times housekeeping came & mopped up the water, so this was slightly disappointing as we were happy with the room apart from this issue. Unfortunately, on the last day my husband fell sick, the reception staff/housekeeping were great, really supportive ensuring we had everything we needed and gave us the right care. The only thing I would say is, have patience as the hotel can get very busy at times so you won't always get a quick response as you'd like! We had to constantly call reception just to get a response to our query at times which was quite frustrating! Also the hotel didn't deliver on a couple things they had promised which was disappointing as I had given them the heads up in advance via email and whilst I was staying there. We booked an excursion within the hotel, with Abdel Majid who gave us fantastic service, he was so friendly and such a nice guy to deal with who wasn't pushy at all! Thank you so much brother for ensuring we had such an amazing Hot Air Balloon experience. Highly recommend booking with this guy for your excursions, he won't disappoint! Overall we enjoyed our stay at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina Resort and the staff were all very friendly.

The hotel is very nice! The staff are all kind and the service is excellent, the only thing we were not happy with was the housekeeping. We enjoyed a highly fruitful entertainment with Ghiz (unfortunately she won’t be able to remain for the season). we were really impressed by her professional demeanor, communication and performance skills and outstanding level of service and follow-through. She is reliable, helpful and Whould assist with the utmost care and concern. She Whould certainly make a positive addition to any establishment.

We were two families with children aged 6-14. This hotel has everything you need for a relaxing holiday coupled with enough entertainment to keep adults and children happy. We went all inclusive and couldn’t fault the food or drinks. The entertainment team were amazing, friendly and worked very hard. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach which has a lovely promenade. Felt very safe at all times. Would highly recommend.
