Stayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service. They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. I had a wonderful stay at this riad. The place was charming, clean, and full of traditional Moroccan character. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful architecture and thoughtful details that made the experience special. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient, allowing easy access to explore the vibrant streets, markets, and attractions of Marrakech. Truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an authentic Moroccan experience with great service and a warm atmosphere. Small suggestion: It would be great if the riad could provide room slippers for guests’ comfort. Thank you:)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the stunning view from the window added an extra touch of relaxation.

Very nice service, tasty breakfast and friendly breakfast with great rooms. But unfortunately wifi was not working on that day .

It's very convenient, very close to the old town, just a few minutes away. There's a lot to see, a lot of food, and many other things to do. However, the entrance is hard to find because it's not always easy to find, and communication with locals is difficult; they don't speak English, so it's practically impossible. Breakfast is included, but it's very simple, so don't expect much. Its biggest attraction is its convenient subway access.

Enjoyable stay at Riad Jibril. The tourist tax was expensive compared to my previous trips, as was the transfer fee, which could have been included in the price. Otherwise, a very good location in a very quiet neighborhood with all amenities. The staff at the riad were very friendly and always available.

The check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room. The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

The location is tolerable, the service is good, only the administrator tried to impose expensive tours, it's better to book them yourself on booking and not listen to them. There were not enough hooks in the bathtub for hangers. Breakfast is delicious and wonderful

We didn’t have any issues there. In general the service is good even if there is nobody in the reception thus they give you your own keys of the main entrance and your room. As a suggestion it is needed a sign “Riad Nouhal” but anyway, if you follow the location on Google Maps, you will be in.
