Great hotel. Treated myself for my bday at a 5 star hotel. I even got upgraded, thanks to the duty manager that day. Only sad that I couldnt enjoy the great pool as I had to check out early next day.

The room was nice and big, the breakfast was great, but the hotel needs maintenance. At check in we needed to wait 40min for our room to be ready while there was no free water in the lobby or we weren’t offered anything while waiting. This is not worth a 5 star hotel. Also the balcony furniture was old and ugly with only 1 chair. The airco didn’t work and there was no coffee milk or creamer in the room. On top there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, which isn’t their fault of course but adds a layer of frustration. The WiFi is also of poor quality in most places and keeps cutting out

The hotel is falling apart. The balcony is too risky for kids. The handrail balcony cracked almost slipped up while trying to hold the railling, too much dust from the building area around the hotel it wasn't the best for my money I would like refund if I can from the hotel if I can , plus reception staff gave us low value room rather than the one I booked plus breakfast it's the same every single day that wasn't something u want to start with in the the morning

When arrived at the reception the booking number was not registered on the their system, they asked me to fill in a paper form with my details and I had to wait for 15 minutes to check in.
