It was selected as the best hotel in the world in 2020-2021. There are 53 hotels in the whole hotel A detached Riad, each Riad only accommodates 2 people,
There are nearly 500 employees in the hotel. Even when the hotel is full, the ratio of the staff to the guests is about 4 to 1.
Basically, if you search for Morocco on the Internet, many pictures will pop up this hotel. Many Internet celebrities first recommend the strong Moroccan style, but the price is also very expensive. My stay in June is considered to be the off-season, and the room type I stayed in is also They are all the most basic ones, costing about HK$14,000 a night, but expensive has never been his problem... 😂

GGuest UserThis is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

IImyyjmThe hotel looks beautiful! Even if you don't go anywhere it would be enjoyable. The location is great as it's attached to Menara Mall so everything you may need is nearby. I visited with a friend for my birthday and arrived to a very beautifully arranged room with Happy Birthday cushions and even found a cake in the room in the evening! It really made my day and I am already planning to go back! We used the spa and had a nice luxury treatment as well. The staff were very accommodating and managed to book us in and the laundry service was also very speedy. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it.

It's a good thing I chased after the local who asked for a tip.
When I got there, the Riyadh staff were so pretty and friendly.
The man is very kind.
The accommodation was very pretty and nice.

The reception team deserves a special mention for their professionalism and great friendliness.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to Mouad, whose kindness and service-mindedness were truly remarkable. He even took the initiative to speak to the bus driver so we could take our luggage on our excursion, saving us a trip back to the hotel and precious time.

When I checked in on the first day, I was introduced to the agency reservation program. After hearing about it, I said thank you and didn't ask for a reservation.
