One of the worst hotels iv stayed in. The staff are rude and do not care about hospitality in the slightest. Breakfast is diplorable and comparable to a prison canteen. They dont even provide water at breakfast. The cleaners entered my room whilst i was in it without knocking. They took away the towels so I couldnt even shower in the morning. No apology was given. They also state that check in is 2.30pm when the hotel booking clearly states 2pm. They are scammers Avoid the hotel.

The state of the bathroom and colour of the tap water were foul. No amenities beyond 2 small bars of cheap soap. Pillows were rock hard and breakfast is best avoided should you not fancy a tour of Marrakech’s public toilets!

Trouble stay for 3 day holiday the room is dirty and towel is very old and the colour torn to black door is not secure No kettle, no fridge tv not working the breakfast is same everyday with few things this hotel only worth 2 STAR NOT 4 😔

Very good value and suitable for Business people, Families, tourists. Simple but very good breakfast. Smoking allowed in lobby, by pool, and on balconies of some rooms. Taxis available nearby [150m walk]

the hotel was a bit old but it is in a great location, enjoyed the stayed as we used it just a night break before going to my final destination the pool and facilities might require some more improvment the staff are nice and helpful

was very bad comuniction and i have writen an name mistake they have charged one more booking and even though they have not paid me back or refund a part

We enjoy our staying , I did extend for one more night and I did booked wrong date , they did not help me to stay one more night. Still was nice place

My experience with the hotel reception was terrible, I booked two rooms for my family, paid the rooms myself and they refuse to visit my mother in law in her room who was 92 years old to support her if she needs to pack her stuff or even take her shower, I was not planning to stay in the room but they have said something to do about the law which is absolutely ridiculous and not acceptable. Hotel staff should be aware of their guests rights and not to be negative and ignorant, I saw a lot of bad reviews about the hotel but thought maybe the reviews will give them a chance to amend and improve the quality of the product and services they are sailing unfortunately nothing changed or improved, staff mentalities need improvement specially in this sector.

First night in Morocco and we were very happy with this hotel. We did not know they had a dinner buffet so we walked in the neighborhood and found a nice restaurant. Here are some pics of their buffet

Smooth check in. Good location - walking distance to the medina square and souks (10 mins walking) vide a park beside the hotel and a view of katatouba mosque. No amenities whatsoever save for body shower and a small bar of soap. Water heater works fine. Friendly service. Ismail helped me book a taxi for early morning flght - thanks Ismail.

The location was just ok! 10 minutes walk from Old Medina. Very quiet and clean hotel. The pillow and bed were comfortable too. Friendly and helpful staff. Good Breakfast! Wifi was slow. Overall I’m a happy guest. I will definitely come back.

What a disaster! I thought a 4-star hotel wouldn't be that bad! It turned out to be just like the negative reviews. It was such a terrible place. The worst place I've ever stayed in. The decoration and setting were 30 years ago. The whole building was full of old stench. The room I was given was the worst corner room. I saw in the comments that other Chinese people also encountered this situation. They treated me differently. The room faced the parking lot. In the morning, I saw that there were other directions. The room for Chinese people was the worst. The attitude was even worse. They charged more city taxes. Everyone had a sullen face. There was no water. A bottle was 15 yuan. I fled immediately.

I went there thinking it wouldn't be too bad because of the low four-star rating, but I was disappointed. As usual, the front desk gave me a room at the end of the corridor (maybe it was a Ctrip exclusive?). I was a little surprised when I entered the room. It looked like an old guesthouse in a village, with cracked walls, crooked curtains, and the only furniture was also shabby and casual. I simply asked the front desk to change it, but it was the same result. The balcony door was bent and leaked, and the blinds were a little broken, with a big gap. The temperature at 8 degrees was still a bit cold at night. Although there was air conditioning, both of us caught a cold... I was mentally prepared for the cleanliness of the towels after reading the reviews, but I was still shocked. It's understandable that some guests use this towel for other purposes 😓 The balcony, which should be good, is a pit. Please look at the photos directly. It fell apart when a pillow was placed. Fortunately, no one sat on it... The breakfast was monotonous, but I was full, thanks to the microwave, so I could eat warm food

Good facilities, although in need of some renovations, and the breakfast was adequate, although not very diverse. Good balance between quality and price.
