Last month I stayed with my husband in your little gem Shanima and we took an Atlas excursion where I bought 3 rugs that I shipped home and as luck would have it today I realize that I was scammed out of €3,000 since I paid €3,900 for rugs that cost €300 at a Moroccan here and I realized why our driver Hicham insisted that we stop at his friend's house for the rugs too we recommend not saying anything to the riad in short I looked for the name of the agency that gave it to me but I forgot it for that I write on the page of the associated riad

I really enjoyed my time at the riad. It was very clean, the people super friendly and just an 8 minute walk from the square. I highly recommend this place.

This riad is serene and very relaxing. It has a beautiful ambience and is very well kept. Super clean and very attentive staff. Nothing is too much for them and they happily make your stay one to cherish. We were collected from the airport and on arrival to the riad we were served delicious mint tea with moroccan pastries. It’s a short 10-15 mins walk to jemma el fnaa - the main square. On arrival Jalil kindly gave us a local map and talked us through various attractions we could visit and how to get there. Jalil helped us alot during our stay and deserves a special shout out. Breakfast was simple but delicious with a variation each day. Our suite came with a private terrace and jacuzzi. It was a bit dark in our suite as it had 2 windows which both face internally into the road itself. One was very high up and was covered. It would have been nice to have natural sunlight, though this did not detract from any enjoyment. The riad is in a very quiet area with small alleys in which you could easily get lost, so it is advisable to use google maps until you get your bearings. We were fine by days 2/3. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a very memorable one!

It was my first time in Marrakesh; while I was nervous about picking the right spot. I am glad I choose this spot because the staff there is amazing. The execution of everything is amazing; we were picked up from the airport, dropped off and walked right to the Riad. Asme (I believe I spelt her name right); she’s the manager. She went above and beyond, she sat my mother and myself down, explained the areas that we should and should not visit. She also spoke about the places we should visit, recommended the tours we should take. Explained how the currency works in marrakesh/morocco. Even when she booked us the atv tour; she called me during the tour to make sure everything was ok and even followed up after the tour. Another person who should get kudos is Jalil, he was my favorite person during our stay as well, he was always asking me how I am- making sure I had everything I needed. He even offered to buy us local tea & coffee so I can bring back to friends as souvenirs. This is the place to stay if you want to feel like on vacation and people looking after you. Trust me when I say my mom and I were sad about leaving the place. They executed everything perfectly and the standards were held high. Honestly I wouldn’t mind coming back
