Being a slightly apprehensive person regarding general security as per uk gov guidelines, I can honestly say the arrangements that the hotel provided are fantastic. On pick up from the airport to arrival at the hotel, they provide a smart phone with direct WhatsApp link to to hotel reception which is a great security measure. The hotel will arrange their recommend Taxie’s to and from restaurants and the service is impeccable. The level of service and professionalism from the hotel staff is amazing. We would definitely visit again.

From the moment we arrived at this stunning Riad in Marrakesh, we were blown away by the level of care. Welcomed with fresh juice, fruit and dates. The attention to detail, and genuine warmth from every member of the team. This was, without a doubt, the best service I have ever received at any hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble. They went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable and gave helpful tips and advice throughout. The food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful morrocan evening meal in the downstairs restaurant and I especially loved the incredible breakfast spread on the rooftop which quickly became one of my favourite parts of the day. The food was freshly prepared, full of flavour, generous portions and beautifully presented. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches: we were provided with a mobile device loaded with data, which was so helpful for navigating the city using Google maps, along with contact numbers should we need to contact the hotel at any moment. They also arranged our excursions with ease, and we were always accompanied to the taxi, where a staff member would check the number plate to ensure everything was safe and correct. As well as extra touches like fresh snacks and fruit in the room each day and turn down service with slippers. Riad Kheirredine is not only beautiful and tranquil, but it is also run with heart and professionalism. I can’t fault it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakesh. A lovely Riad with exceptional staff. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and the spa hamman was excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed and cared for. Especially nice is that they provide you a phone to use as a hot spot and to call back to the Riad is you get lost. They quickly send someone to help. The food was also excellent and we enjoyed all of our meals there. You can’t go wrong booking this place for a Marrakech visit!
