All aspects are good, and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
Unfortunately, when I left, the attitude of some waiters made me feel very uncomfortable. After reporting it to the front desk, although I kept apologizing at the beginning, the front desk manager later said, "Why didn't you ask about the relevant regulations when you made a reservation?" It was as if it was my responsibility. This statement is hard to accept. How can I take the initiative to ask about some regulations that I don't understand? For example, it's like I went to the restroom in a restaurant and was told to pay after using the restroom. I said that no one had told me before, and the waiter asked me back: Why didn't you ask in advance whether you had to pay? It's okay that the waiter had an attitude problem before, but the front desk manager would say such illogical and unwelcoming words. I think in terms of hospitality, it's still a bit unsatisfactory😕
Other aspects are still very good, and the previous lobby manager was very helpful

Great Stay in Marrakesh!
Had a suite on the top floor. Room was excellent and the service was top notch!! There were a lot of stairs (36 to our room), so look for another room if need be. Food was very good too. The location was perfect. In the riad by about 1 block, so getting luggage in from the taxi was easy. Close to all the major attractions.

The standard room that I get was no according to price -quality. Mr Mustafa did not honor my ******* gold member whatsoever! I found at the last day that they offer cooking class no one told us! After spending more than $2000 usd ok this type of property I did not feel comfortable the room was not clean they did not invest in shower glass door every time you take a shower there was water all over the bathroom! The room small like humid I will not return and I left very disappointed! I would not recommend it and I will not go back !
