The Hillock Residences is set back in a quiet residential area of Marsalforn yet still in close proximity (300m) of the sea front.
The newly built fully air-conditioned apartment is artfully designed offering subdued luxury and a restful experience. It consists of two bedrooms, one having an en-suite shower, a main bathroom with shower, and a combined fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room having two good sized balconies. Guests can also enjoy the use of a communal pool and sunbeds.
Most importantly secure underground parking area is also available with direct internal access off all apartments’ main door by passenger lifts and stairwells.
Adult Minimum Age: All guests need to call the rentals representative Ms. Grace Vella on +356 79440014 as soon as they get on the ferry from Malta to Gozo. The ferry takes 25min to cross which gives Grace enough time to prepare to meet the clients. The Property Manager normally meets the guests in the village square or in Victoria (capital of Gozo and also very central) which are both easy to find if they follow the signs.
Tenants are required to give their indemnity for loss or damages, by completing our Security Letter Form on arrival at property which pre-authorize the sum of €200 from credit card. This sum will be refunded only after 24 hours from your departure after the Property Manager has fully checked the property
