Staff are helpful, location is close to beach and Salt Pans. People relying on public transport needa be aware that buses are always coming late, a bit tricky to catch buses in Gozo. Anyhow, the hotel itself is fine, you may tell some areas are dated but you cant ask for too much with this price in this location.

I spent 2 nights here, situated on the waterfront, room clean, comfortable bed, shower OK. Strong WiFi signal. Breakfast good , you have to pay 1 euro environmental tax in cash at time of check-in . I had a lovely view of a building site from my room. All in all an OK place to stay for a couple of nights.

Just a lovey well maintained hotel. Great staff, professional and very helpful. Outstanding view from the terrace and restaurant Food was good. Loved the breakfast. Our room was good, no view from the bad. Cleaned well every day. Would stay again

Best location in Marsalforn. Next to the harbour with a great selection of restaurants right outside. Rooms clean and comfortable. This is the third time we've stayed here, so they must be doing something right. Buffet breakfasts good, although we didn't often make it in time as they stop at 0930. Perhaps an additional half hour might be an idea. Rooftop pool and bar are a great place to sunbathe during the day and enjoy a drink watching the sun set. Get a sea view or bay view room - well worth the extra. When we arrived, the WiFi wasn't working, but we reported it and they supplied a repeater to boost the signal in the room. Excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful, would recommend wholeheartedly. We expect to return for a fourth visit next year, perhaps in a suite this time...

Old and tired hotel, no facilities, rooms are not comfy at all and the pool and pool area is in a terrible shape. Not a 4 * hotel, i would rather say a 2* according to the standard. Its such a pitty because the location is beautiful so the hotel has a big plus and good potential but bad management! It was a big dissapointment! Breakfast ok and the staff are nice especially Alexandra from the front desk.

Check in was quite smooth.
We were allowed to bring the car right to the front door.
Check out we were given an extra 30 mins since we were scuba diving that morning with Calypso dives.

A very disappointing stay with 8 clients on a trek walking holiday of Malta and Gozo. The hotel is looking very tired and certainly did not live up to its 4 stars. My room at the back of the hotel felt more like a room in a down market hostel. I couldn't spent a minute longer in it than I had to. The bathroom was dated, the shower was so dreadful I put off washing my hair until I had got home, toiletries were underwhelming for 4 stars. There was mould around the bath and the around the base of the toilet was not clean. The towels were too small, old and threadbare. As there were only a few guests dining at the hotel, we had a set menu with 3 choices for the starter and main. The food was badly cooked, in particular all the fish dishes and the desserts were not great - a choice of two rather unpleasant desserts that appeared on the breakfast buffet the next morning. The breakfast buffet felt as though it was being regergetated each morning. It was not fresh and the milk jugs had clearly not been rinsed and cleaned for some time... just topped up and then stored until the next day. It was also deeply frustrating that any time we wanted to order drinks we had to pay for them immediately as we were unable to charge them to the room.

We stayed for 2 nights during which time the room wasn't cleaned, although they disputed this!!!!
Otherwise a very good location with plenty of bars and restaurants.
