O complexo de resorts da Costa do Sauípe impressiona pela dimensão, porém a estrutura é antiga e muitas das comodidades dos quartos (chuveiro, frigobar, telefone, ar condicionado, etc) apresentam defeito ou não funcionam.
Na nossa estadia de 3 diárias tivemos que trocar de quarto 02 vezes por conta disso, no entanto, mesmo com esses aborrecimentos, a equipe sempre muito solícita, educada e disponível resolveu prontamente as demandas.
Quanto ao all inclusive, a qualidade da alimentação era OK no entanto a variedade de comidas e bebidas deixou a desejar, merecendo chamar a atenção para a escassez de opções para quem fosse vegetariano, a exemplo da minha esposa.
Na praia não possui pontos de apoio para alimentação, e o quiosque de bebidas ficava um pouco distante das espreguiçadeiras.
Com alguns ajustes nesses pontos, o patamar de qualidade daria um salto e a experiência seria muito melhor.

Suely Souza, Josevania, Mariane milka, fizeram a diferença no atendimento, dentre outros na qual não peguei o nome, comida excelente, tudo maravilhoso, meu filho amou a turma da zoeira e só queria ficar lá, piscinas limpas, ótimas bebidas.

Local super aconchegante, atendentes muito solícitos. Hotel atendeu nossas expectativas foram dias incríveis a sheillanne e o Lucas Sales fizeram toda diferença nos nossos dias parabéns costa do Sauípe por selecionar pessoas tão boas para trabalhar nesse paraíso.¹ atividades de recreação gostei muito o teatro restaurante cardápio muito variados gostei muito.

Hotel maravilhoso, All inclusive incrível, piscina limpa sempre, o rapaz que faz alongamento na piscina super animado, gente boa! Os funcionários no geral sao muito bem instruídos e educados. Nosso quarto era mantido sempre limpo pelo pessoal da limpeza e o frigobar abastecido diariamente

People singing (shouting) by the pool after midnight… impossible to sleep; hotel crew won’t call security or do anything! Don’t come here!!! We stayed at Sol, supposedly nice place… don’t believe! It’s a lie!!!

Experiência fantástica Excelente acomodação, limpeza e arrumação. Alimentação sensacional, bebidas à beirada da piscina. No refeitório das comidas no restaurante a beira da piscina, é preciso colocar espanta moscas que ficam passeando sob os alimentos. Garrafas de vidro a beira das piscinas perigoso, pois tem muitas crianças e a maioria dos adultos também andam descalço. Nos quartos alguns mosquitos, seria interessante um meio de eliminá-las na faxina, ou ter lâmpadas que atraem e queimam os mesmos. Sem dúvida sensacional, uma experiência fantástica que já caberia um bar dentro da piscina.
