We have just arrived home after the most amazing stay. We were booked for 11 days and can’t fault anything about it. Our room was fabulous exotic and perfect to relax in. The hotel staff were gentle helpful and extremely courteous we felt like part of their family nothing too much trouble. They arranged transport and also the best driver who arranged a sightseeing tour over 2 nights which was awesome. Please book this amazing guy Ranga. Also a big thank you to Priyantha who made sure we were looked after well.

The staff were incredibly friendly and did everything they could to accomodate any and all of our needs. The room was impeccable. Spotless and very clean. We absolutely loved our time here. The calm and relaxing atmosphere really allowed us to recharge and escape. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Beautiful accommodation which I would recommend to everyone. Incredibly peaceful with a tailored experience to you. Staff are amazing and incredibly friendly. No shortage of food and they are able to help you get wherever you need. Beautiful location with luxurious room. Would come back and would recommend anyone stays here when in Sri lanka

This hotel receives a five star in friendliness and accomodating! So nice and gentile, we miss you all! Amazing! Only 21 rooms since way Amaloh is not crowded. Ten minutes walk to beach and restaurants where you also find tuktukdrivers that take you to Matara (500 LKR). You should always use the Word "labe" when nogotiating. Some rooms seem to have bad wifi, check. Great pool and garden, very nice garden. New management, they deserve support.

We had a deeply frustrating experience at this venue. We had arranged a photoshoot, but upon arrival, we found the location cluttered with tables set up for a wedding event—something we were never informed about. When we requested to have the tables moved, the staff rudely insisted that it was our problem to deal with. The manager was shockingly unprofessional, berating us for even asking. They outright told us that the event taking place was more important than our photoshoot and suggested we find another location, causing us to lose over 30 precious minutes. Pressed for time, we had no option but to continue the shoot under their unreasonable conditions. The staff continued to be aggressive, and when I mentioned writing a negative review, they couldn’t have cared less, dismissively telling us to do whatever we wanted. If you're considering this place, think twice. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and outright rude behavior can easily derail your plans.

Avoid this place at all costs. They have absolutely no respect for other people's privacy and the right to sleep and take rest at night. They play very loud club music till beyond midnight. It's disgusting. Don't support this kind of business.

A magical and timeless place. A great team led by a very attentive and helpful Manager. Good table with a quality buffet. Very beautiful swimming pool with warm, crystal-clear water in a garden overlooking the sea. Rooms No. 3, 4 and 5 of the main building are exceptional.

A lovely boutique hotel in a quiet lush tropical setting with ocean views! The staff are fantastic, smiling, helpful and kind. Food was great and very reasonably priced! The pool was my favourite!! Plenty of local beaches to explore and only a short tuk tuk ride to Matara town.

Chamara and his team ensured every need of ours was taken care of - from cycles, to day trips, to even getting us a room at immediate notice at a sister location when we misbooked ! The rooms are massive, the bed linen of softest cotton, the pool is perfect with the ocean waves in the background, but it’s Chamaras charm that sealed the deal for us! P.S. Do invest in some more towels! 😊
