We went to this property for 3 nights. The location is excellent, it allows you to visit EVERYTHING on foot without making long journeys, and there are many services in the area, such as supermarkets, take away food and restaurants. The structure is domotized, accessed with a code, which makes it very private and comfortable. The common area is equipped with a kitchen, a fridge and other appliances that can be used without problems. It is a brand new and very clean environment, equipped with every comfort. The breakfast at the outside cafe was delicious. If I ever come back to Matera, I will definitely come back here!

B&B molto curato in una ottima posizione. Eravamo nella suite del campo che ha un terrazzino direttamente sui Sassi. La camera e' molto ampia, ha un letto comodissimo ed un bel bagno con Jacuzzi. Non c'e' nessuno, ma la proprietaria al telefono da' tutte le informazioni necessarie. La colazione si fa in un ottimo bar vicino.

Apparentemente bello per l'arredo e la vista sui sassi la dimora presenta carenze. In primis non c'è un riferimento che risponda al telefono o che si faccia vivo in caso di necessità. Avevo necessità di lavarmi i capelli e non c'era un phon. La colazione "offerta" al bar è condizionata dall'orario di apertura del bar. Il balconcino di affaccio sui sassi è impraticabile per il guano. La scalinata di accesso all'appartamento è ripida e in caso di bagagli pesanti bisogna fare una fatica enorme. La cifra richiesta è altissima rispetto al servizio ... considerando che è nella media degli hotel ubicati nella stessa zona.

Tenia una reservación desde meses antes y al momento de llegar me dieron una habitación que no era la que había reservado, somos dos personas adultas de 70 y 65 anos y nos mandaron al ático teníamos que subir por una escalera tan pequeña que no te cabía ni un pie demasiada angosta para subir ,no tenia ventanas te sentías como si estuvieras en una prision,para colmo tenia el desayuno incluido y ni siquiera era en el hotel me mandaron como a un kilometro de subidas y bajadas y estaba cerrado ,al fin de esta recorrido me dieron un pan y un cafe.
