"We made the reservation based on the info which is misleading.This is not a hotel, but a few rooms on a first floor with no elevator. We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come for checkin. When we asked for the pool we were told it was a jacuzzi in another room! Location is good and the rooms are ok for 2 people, but the experience overall was not good. Hope they stop overpromising."

"Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast is the best in my two weeks Italy trip. Just one suggestion: please ask for a shuttle at the parking if you drive to Matera. Otherwise it is hard to walk there with luggage and you will easily lost in similar small roads."

"The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and most importantly, very spacious. We stayed on the second floor, with a courtyard in front and a balcony in the back. It was also incredibly convenient for Matera's Old Town. The front desk manager, INNO, was especially kind and helpful, giving us a very thorough and detailed explanation of how to explore Matera and the most convenient parking spots. It was a truly heartwarming experience."
