I did not like that when I first requested parking it was not communicated that the acces to the hotel by car was not permitted. I made the reservation and counted on the information provided on your site, which did not warn of any issues regarding parking. The hotel advertised that parking was available and it was it. Between my reservation and checking, the hotel sent me information by mail warning me about the need to park outside the ZTL area and gave me instructions about parking. Unfortunately, by the time I read the hotel message I had already attempted to go straight to the hotel, which I later found that it wasn’t possible and had actually committed a traffic offense for entering the ZTL zone by car (I went in and out right away after being warned by a resident that I had committed a traffic violation). The traffic violation has not arrived but after searching for information about this, I learned the fine would be considerable - between 90 and 180 euros! I believe the whole thing was a bad experience that could have been avoided if given the right information when making rhe reservation online. Not fair, and not a good busines practice.
