OolivierNice hotel. But if you have luggage’s it’s a nightmare to go there. The tenant is quite harassing concerning your hour of check in check out and time of breakfast. If you are vacationing be prepared to answer questions and be on schedule which is not very relaxing

MmlenitskayaThis is probably the best hotel in Matera based on what we read before traveling. The service is exceptional , very helpful and friendly staff. The room is spacious, very clean and cozy. We had a small balcony with a very nice room. The restaurant that was recommended to us was also amazing. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserNo notes. This hotel is perfection. We stayed in cave rooms, each was unique but equal in its charm and beauty. The spa is fabulous and the staff top notch. Hotel is a perfect location for exploring Matera on foot. Even during off season there were good dining options and plenty to see.

11356408****Hotel location is very good, 2 minutes walk from the old town. On the 2nd floor of a residential building. The facilities of the homestay are very good, similar to the 4－ 5 star hotel, the room is small, but very comfortable. We arrived before noon and saw the cleaning staff changing the sheets very carefully for disinfection. The breakfast is monotonous, bread and milk, the proprietress is not 24 hours, so if you have something to check in, please ask quickly.

TTTTTTTeddyXXXXXX酒店距離馬泰拉古城很近，步行就可以到，周邊就可以停車。早餐會給餐券去古城裡吃。酒店算民宿，所以需要提前一天自助入住獲取密碼，由於平台把我的郵箱給錯了，導致民宿小姐姐給我一直髮消息都沒有收到。最後我們到了民宿門口才知道要自助辦理，小姐姐大概15min左右後趕到，還一直解釋和道歉，服務態度挺好的。房間也比較衞生乾淨，推薦

Struttura molto particolare, pulita e bella, ma il servizio da 5* non esiste:
-Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per organizzare il parcheggio dell’auto e nessuno rispondeva, siamo stati richiamati.
-arrivati all’hotel abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di fare un massaggio di coppia nella spa ( dal sito si percepiva fosse all’interno dell’hotel invece è convenzionata presso altro hotel) siamo riusciti a prenotare solamente alla sera per il giorno successivo nonostante la nostra pressione.
-alle ore 19 si chiede la possibilità per bere un drink presso l’hotel e la risposta è negativa giustificata dall’inizio orario cena
- colazione non da hotel a 5*, poco personale per richieste bevande calde

AAngeloooThis resort hotel is so beautiful. It is convenient to drive here. It is ten minutes away from Matera scenic spot. We were treated to champagne when we checked in. The hotel yard is beautiful, and there is a landscape swimming pool where you can watch the sunset. The room has a small kitchen where you can cook instant noodles. The breakfast is not very good, but it is very exquisite. There are few guests here and it is very quiet.

CCJFroVery enjoyable stay. Lovely staff. Nice coffee and breakfast though quite simple. Would have liked some fresh orange juice in the morning rather than the cheap from concentrate stuff. Very happy on the whole though.
On the whole good value for money for the sleeping in a cave house type place in Matera.
Extra marks for the hotels dog Peggy who is adorable :D
