Matera Hotels with Wi-Fi

I recently stayed at the Aquatio Cave Luxury Hotel and Spa in Matera, and it was an unforgettable experience. The rooms are carved out of historic caves, offering a unique and enchanting atmosphere that blends modern luxury with ancient charm. The location is perfect, nestled within the Matera Sassi UNESCO World Heritage site, providing easy access to the city’s main attractions. The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the spa facilities, which include a sauna, hammam, and a heated indoor pool. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met with a smile. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. One minor downside was the cost of some extras, which felt a bit high. Additionally, while the cave-themed rooms are stunning, they might not be for everyone due to the unique layout and lighting. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unique stay in Matera.

説實在的，並不是很推薦 尤其是要拿大行李的人，出租車不能開到酒店門口 還要走起碼五六分鐘全部都是上上下下的石子路。就算到了酒店裡，幾乎所有的房間都要爬上爬下，非常陡峭 很不方便。所謂的separate building 是在酒店另外一邊（更像是酒店原本的區域開發滿了，另外收了周邊的民房加蓋的）， 不能算特別有安全性，尤其是如果晚上要有點事簡直叫天天不靈，叫地地不靈。酒店有shuttle bus 從大堂（主區域）送到所謂的seperate building , 但依然要走大概二十個石子路台階，需要自己拿行李。 酒店號稱separate building 和主樓大概走四分鐘（有一條小路），但是從最上面走下去要走100個台階，再走回去一樣 ，台階不算好走很窄部分很陡。石頭的房子比較暗，所以我們不得不把門開着，而且可能是濕氣較大（他們開着抽濕機）所以被子有一點點潮。其他中規中矩，酒店的服務可以説是helpful 但遠沒有到熱情。桑拿類似國內的大浴場，要帶泳衣，還可以吧。 我一般不評論酒店，但這次評論就是想説“並不推薦）

Hotel location is very good, the center of the ancient city, 100 meters to the ancient city. The parking lot is very convenient, a bit expensive 15 euros a day. The service is very professional, very good and warm! The breakfast is very rich, it is the best time I have this time! Everything.

A special experience. Take a taxi for 10 Euros from the long-distance bus station to the hotel. The driver took the initiative to call the hotel staff to help carry the luggage because there are steps to go up. The hotel maintains the most primitive accommodation conditions, mainly lighting by candles. There is no TV. The hot water was out of condition and was not repaired for a while. As compensation, we delayed the check out and left Matera at night. The breakfast was great. The front desk is also very welcoming. Help us boil hot water, print boarding passes, and call a taxi. There are many cave hotels in the area, this one is very authentic and high-quality.

Amazing. The best 5* I have stayed. This hotel have a soul of it’s own. Truly magical.

Very very rare new hotel in Europe, just on the edge of the old city of Matera, there is a Chinese Japanese material around, parking is originally charged, but finally confiscated, I don’t know if I heard it wrong or forgot.

整體入住體驗非常好。停車場有，而且是免費的。房間寬敞，床墊比較軟，衞生打掃的很乾凈。早餐種類還算可以吧。前台辦事很高效。離主要景區也不算太遠，開車十分鐘。

Valutata la descrizione del sito decidiamo di prenotare questo hotel 5*. Struttura molto particolare, pulita e bella, ma il servizio da 5* non esiste: -Abbiamo dovuto chiamare per organizzare il parcheggio dell’auto e nessuno rispondeva, siamo stati richiamati. -arrivati all’hotel abbiamo richiesto la possibilità di fare un massaggio di coppia nella spa ( dal sito si percepiva fosse all’interno dell’hotel invece è convenzionata presso altro hotel) siamo riusciti a prenotare solamente alla sera per il giorno successivo nonostante la nostra pressione. -alle ore 19 si chiede la possibilità per bere un drink presso l’hotel e la risposta è negativa giustificata dall’inizio orario cena - colazione non da hotel a 5*, poco personale per richieste bevande calde

The hotel owner is enthusiastic and thoughtful. When you check in, the tour guide who helped to book the ancient city, dozens of yuan per person, take a car to visit for an hour, the restaurant for dinner also helped to book the location downstairs, otherwise it will be queued for a long time... There are not many types of breakfast, but each one is very delicious. Bringing the baby from Norway, Netherlands and France has been here. The breakfast is the most delicious one. It’s great. The beauty of Matera needs to be immersed in it. I will return here next time. I will stay for a week and take the brush. Every corner is a good place for sketching. I'm already preparing for my second trip!
