The hotel service was exceptionally good. Seeing that we had a child, they upgraded our room. The room had both floor heating and air conditioning, and it was well-ventilated beforehand, so the air was fresh. I forgot to take pictures, but the sixth-floor panoramic restaurant was really nice, and the breakfast was also excellent. I recommend the sweet tea. The picture was taken before the sun came out, and by the time it did, halfway through my meal, I forgot to take another photo. The hotel's location is very convenient for visiting the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. The only drawback is that the parking lot is in the square next door, but the hotel reimburses the parking fee, and it's not too far.
My stay at the Crown Hotel in Linzhi truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's surroundings were truly stunning. From the window, I could see the mountains and greenery. The lobby and room decor were warm and elegant, reflecting local characteristics. The facilities were impeccable. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. Every detail was meticulously thought out, making my stay truly comfortable.
I especially want to commend our housekeeper, Xiao Miao, for her thoughtful and caring attitude throughout the entire stay. She proactively recommended local cuisine and the hotel's amenities. Her warmth and attentiveness, like a friend, made my entire stay even more heartwarming. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Linzhi!

Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics.
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available.
Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs!
I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

Having stayed at the St. Regis in Qingdao, I chose the St. Regis again for my trip to Lhasa, and my four-night stay was absolutely fantastic. In terms of environment, the hotel's design perfectly embodies ******* characteristics. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable and soft. For guests experiencing altitude sickness, getting a good night's sleep is crucial, and the oxygen concentrator in the room provided significant relief. Each room comes with a dedicated butler who is incredibly responsive to every request – this deserves a huge commendation. I also tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant; both the dishes and the service were excellent, though the portion sizes were indeed very generous – a set meal for 4-5 people was impossible to finish. The St. Regis's Tibetan-style bear is quite unique and makes for a wonderful souvenir. If I have the chance to return, I would definitely choose the St. Regis again; it's truly trustworthy.

The room has a ******* style. I initially chose this place because it's convenient to all the attractions. After staying here, I found the hygiene to be excellent, and the staff were very warm and helpful, even thoughtfully asking if I needed assistance with altitude sickness. The Nepalese food was also delicious, so I extended my stay for another two days. It's really great value for money, highly recommended.

The Ultimate ******* Hotel in Lhasa!
I've found an incredibly good value Tibetan-style hotel right in the heart of Lhasa! 🏨 As soon as I arrived, I was completely smitten! 😍
✨ Service Experience:
From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with incredible warmth! Not only was there a traditional Hada-offering welcome ceremony 🎀, but a butler also helped carry my luggage directly to my room door! The service couldn't be more thoughtful and attentive – truly 💯!
🏠 Hotel Background:
This uniquely charming hotel is actually a renovated former Nepalese Consulate! You can feel the rich history and culture everywhere you look. With a museum-quality statue of King Gesar standing tall, you're instantly transported back in time! ✨
📍 Fantastic Location:
The location is simply unbeatable! It's right next to Barkhor Street, so you can explore Lhasa's liveliest commercial district in just a 5-minute walk 🚶. Jokhang Temple is a mere 400 meters away! It's super convenient to head out for morning prayers after a delicious ******* breakfast 🍵. The entire place is imbued with ******* flair, from the room decor to the courtyard design – ethnic elements abound!
♨️ Thoughtful Amenities:
They've truly thought of everything! My room came equipped with:
✅ An oxygen concentrator
✅ A humidifier
✅ A special ”Highland Survival Kit” (face mask, hair essential oil, and body lotion)
No more worries about altitude sickness!
🌟 Exclusive Features:
1️⃣ Free ******* traditional costume experience! You can try on stunning ******* outfits, saving you money on external rentals 💰.
2️⃣ Courtyard photoshoot service! A professional photographer will capture your memories 📸.
3️⃣ Lhasa Gesar Gyalpo Museum! Even if you're not staying here, you can visit for free and soak in the charm of ******* culture 🏛️.
Sitting in the ******* courtyard, sipping sweet tea, listening to soft music, and taking in the scenery is absolutely blissful! The atmosphere is simply incredible! I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Lhasa!
I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tibet – whether you're a solo adventurer, a couple, or a family, it's absolutely perfect! Make sure to save this one! ❤️
There is a taste of new decoration, the point is that there is no hot water, the hotel can't see any scenery, and the service attitude is not bad! There is nothing to eat for breakfast. The key is to divide breakfast and no breakfast price. When you check in at the hotel, other customers do not order breakfast for breakfast. Why should you divide breakfast and no breakfast price?
There’s room for improvement for the check in service. I provide my personal id card for check in but the customer service requested me the booking number which I find it ridiculous. The hotel was booked under my name and they supposed could have checked my booking right away. The customer service replied that it was relatively troublesome if only id is provided. I am clueless as to the standard of customer service provided by this 5 stars hotel. The rest of my stay is pleasant.

Lhasa Fanlian Hotel | The Pinnacle of ******* Aesthetics, Impeccable Service & Facilities – A Must-Stay in Lhasa!
My recent trip to Lhasa, staying at the Fanlian Hotel, completely redefined my expectations for high-altitude hotels. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by the rich ******* ambiance, incredibly attentive service, luxurious and sophisticated decor, comprehensive oxygen supply system, and astonishing sound quality. The entire experience was exceptional, making it truly the best accommodation in Lhasa!
The hotel's ******* style is profoundly rich, far from just a simple accumulation of elements; it's as if ******* culture is etched into every design detail. The three-story high-ceiling lobby is majestic, with colossal prayer wheels, butter lamps, thangka murals, gilded ornaments, and ******* wood carvings visible everywhere. Red walls paired with traditional patterns create an atmosphere steeped in the unique faith of the holy city, with every step revealing a new vista. The renovated old ******* house spaces in the public areas are even more authentic, perfect for impromptu photos that look like they're from a ******* blockbuster. It's an immersive experience of the depth and beauty of ******* culture, far more authentic than many internet-famous B&Bs.
The decor is luxurious yet tasteful, embodying a ******* light-luxury style. The materials are exquisite, and the craftsmanship is superb. Guest rooms are spacious and grand, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent natural light. Natural material furniture paired with refined ******* soft furnishings creates both the luxurious texture of a high-end hotel and the unique warm ambiance of Tibet. Attention to detail is evident everywhere. Both public areas and guest rooms are spotlessly clean and exude quality, making for a dignified and comfortable stay.
What's most reassuring is the impeccably complete oxygen supply system. There's 24-hour diffused oxygen throughout the room, requiring no manual operation. The moment you enter, you can breathe ample oxygen, completely eliminating concerns about altitude sickness. Paired with a humidifier, the dry high-altitude issue is also perfectly resolved, allowing for peaceful and sound sleep at night and energetic exploration of Lhasa during the day. This is incredibly friendly for first-time visitors to high altitudes and truly rare among hotels at such elevations.
I must particularly highlight the exceptional sound quality. The professional audio system in the room is incredible – clear highs, rich lows, and a full, non-muffled soundstage. Whether listening to ******* folk songs, light music, or pop, the reproduction is incredibly accurate. Relaxing with music before bed creates an unparalleled ambiance, offering a private concert hall experience right in your room. Audiophiles will absolutely adore this detail.
The service is also beyond reproach. It’s a full butler service, with our butler, Zhang Jiaqi, being warm and attentive. Upon check-in, we were presented with a Hada (ceremonial scarf) and sweet tea, with every detail considered. Any request was met with an instant response. She proactively helped with luggage, offered travel tips, and assisted with altitude sickness concerns, always with a gentle and patient demeanor, never perfunctory. From check-in to check-out, we were treated with kindness and felt completely at home, with a service standard far surpassing many five-star hotels.
Furthermore, the hotel's location is superb, within walking distance of essential attractions like Barkhor Street and the Potala Palace, making travel incredibly convenient. You can also experience unique ******* cultural activities such as Thangka painting, ******* incense making, and singing bowl sound therapy. Eating, drinking, playing, and staying are all taken care of in one place.
In summary, the Lhasa Fanlian Hotel perfectly integrates a rich ******* style, luxurious decor, attentive service, comprehensive oxygen supply, and excellent sound system. Every aspect hits the mark. Whether visiting Lhasa for tourism, pilgrimage, or leisure, this is the undisputed choice. The next time I visit Lhasa, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone planning a trip to the City of Sunlight!

My friend and I chose this Atour hotel after much deliberation for our 8-day trip to Lhasa.
Location: It's conveniently located between the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street, both within walking distance. It feels a bit closer to the Potala Palace.
Facilities: We booked an executive suite. The layout was excellent, with a comfortable sofa lounge area facing the TV and a dining area perfect for snacks and drinks. The only drawback was that the room's window faced an inner courtyard, which might be more suitable for guests who don't experience altitude sickness.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy, and it was cleaned daily with drinking water and amenities replenished.
Service: The service is definitely worth mentioning. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. When we discussed some issues we had during our stay, they were understanding and immediately provided the best solutions, significantly improving our comfort for the rest of our stay!
It's great to have such a comfortable stay experience in Lhasa. Highly recommended.

YYizepingguoThe location is excellent, right opposite the Tibet Museum, just a 5-minute walk away. Parking at the hotel is very convenient; during the off-season, you can park directly in front of the lobby without even going down to the underground garage.
The front desk staff was very professional in helping us check in and thoughtfully reminded us to rest on our first day at high altitude.
The room has a traditional and warm ******* decor. When visiting Tibet in the off-season (December), it's essential to stay in a warm hotel to alleviate the discomfort of high altitude.
Even in Tibet, Shangri-La's breakfast maintains its usual high standard. Be sure to try the tsampa and homemade yogurt. We also happened to meet Kent, who is in charge of the restaurant, and he provided excellent service and recommended some itineraries for exploring Tibet.
GGuest UserThe rooms are all equipped with humidifiers and medical-grade diffused oxygen, which is very practical. The hotel lobby has a ******* style, full of local Lhasa characteristics. In the courtyard, there are white stupas and prayer flags, making for great photos. They also offer ******* traditional clothing, which you can wear to take beautiful and useful pictures in the courtyard and lobby. The complimentary bottled water provided by the hotel is 5100, which is very refreshing. The shuttle driver was also very warm and attentive, actively introducing us to attractions and check-in procedures along the way, which was fantastic. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic; it's clear the housekeeping staff are very responsible, and I highly recommend it. During our stay, all the staff showed us care and concern, proactively asking about our physical condition and if we were experiencing altitude sickness. It was truly thoughtful.
JJonaswqIt's a cute little traditional ******* style hotel that is just a stone throw from Barkhor Street and Jokhang Temple. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast but has an Indian restaurant downstairs. You can also find plenty of food along the Barkhor Street which is like 2 mins walk away. Potala Palace is also relatively near about 2km away. The hotel also has cute kittens running around.

LLvlingfan007The room was spotless, and the view of the Potala Palace from here was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is perfectly situated right behind and to the right of the Potala Palace, making my windowsill my 'personal viewing platform': At midday, wisps of clouds drifted across its white walls and golden roofs, as if a breathing quilt was draped over the ancient palace; In the evening, the setting sun painted the Red Palace a honeyed hue, and as prayer flags fluttered in the wind, they seemed like countless hands applauding it; The moment the night lights came on, the entire palace suddenly 'came alive' – like an ancient ship moored in the darkness, carrying the stories of the Tubo Dynasty, slowly sailing towards the myriad lights of modern Lhasa. The complimentary biscuits were delicious, and the other snacks were great too! The butler and front desk service were warm and attentive. I arrived close to 2 PM, having not yet eaten, and the small eatery they recommended – the third shop after turning right from the hotel – was absolutely delightful.
