My wife love this hotel brand due to the size of the room is big enough to place 2 baggages in diff position at the same time, staff was so helpful.

Good for relax. Staff are very helpful. Not so far from station and bus statiom. Will be back again.

Good location with straight walk for few minutes from JR or bus station. Well equipped onsen facilities.

I was stranded in Matsumoto because I overestimated the travel time I had remaining to make the JR schedule. The Dormy at Matsumoto was perfect - the outdoor rooftop hot spring in the snow was one of my favorite experiences. Breakfast ended at 9:30 so I missed it - usually I think breakfasts end at 10:30. But they had free Hersheys ice cream, Yakult, coffee, and more throughout the small Disneyland-hotel-Ryokan.

The hotel is very old especially in the room and onsen. I usually stay at dormmy inn (other places) but this is very old and does not clean.

Pretty nice hotel at a convenient location (only 6 minutes walking from Matsumoto station). Amenities are aplenty, with ample washing machines/dryers and hot springs, sauna and cold pools. Free ice cream during the afternoon/night and yakult in the morning are plus points. Complimentary hot ramen at night is great as well. Many places to eat after hours nearby. Also comes with free mango pudding upon arrival in the fridge, which is nice. Nice place to stay if you are planning to go to Kamikochi or just go around Matsumoto yourself or with loved ones.

Good Service

Like the good hot springs, both indoor and outdoor, with sauna available in the centre of city. Also enjoy the breakfast buffet with variety of Japanese local food and tasty fruit. Free noodles for supper in night time as well. It is high value for money in the downtown.

Accidentally book smoking room and cannot change because all rooms are occupied. Besides, all amenities are good. Good public onsen and free ice cream and probiotic milk.

Clean room, very friendly service, breakfast is Japanese but very delicious. Top location for visiting the Matsumoto castle, close to Matsumoto main station.

The indoor and outdoor hot springs are good.

It's not luxurious, but it's satisfying with the hot springs, the variety of breakfasts, and the free ice cream after the hot springs. It's easy to find, just go straight from Matsumoto Station. There's a machine for CHECK-IN, so it's easy.

Great place. Conveniently located hotel: near the station, many good restaurants nearby. Not far from the castle. The hotel has its own baths on the 9th floor, open and closed, in excellent condition. And inexpensive, even in the peak of the sakura season.
