Awesome hotel. Very clean with all amenities you can imagine, like face masks, drip coffee, green tea, bathing salt, creams, lotions, toothbrush and much more! Very friendly staff. Parking was easy just beside the hotel in a parking Tower which costs 1200¥. Perfect location. All major attractions of Matsumoto are close by.

Pretty nice hotel at a convenient location (only 6 minutes walking from Matsumoto station). Amenities are aplenty, with ample washing machines/dryers and hot springs, sauna and cold pools. Free ice cream during the afternoon/night and yakult in the morning are plus points. Complimentary hot ramen at night is great as well. Many places to eat after hours nearby. Also comes with free mango pudding upon arrival in the fridge, which is nice. Nice place to stay if you are planning to go to Kamikochi or just go around Matsumoto yourself or with loved ones.

Hotel is just a stone throw away from the Matsumoto train station. You have to do self check in. I arrived at the hotel early and hotel staff allowed me to leave my luggage at three hotel while I walk around town till check in time. Many amenities around the area for food. The bus terminal is just opposite the hotel. Visited Matsumoto castle and the city alps park. The park is a must go. You can either hike there or take the city bus from the bus terminal.

Comfortable bed and clean room. Very near 7-11 and walking distance 10min from the castle. Staff is courteous and helpful

I stayed at the Komakusa Hotel for two days and one night. The staff were friendly, and the reasonable price included hot springs, dinner, and breakfast, making it a truly recommended stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the hot springs were warm and refreshing. The night sky outside the hotel in the early morning was truly spectacular. I plan to stay here again next time I visit Norikura Kogen!

The facilities are a bit old, but there is no problem with the function. In order to ensure a more spacious stay, we booked a triple room for two people, so there is no problem with space. The hotel is a few steps away from the bus stop, and it is no problem to walk to the transportation hub. It is also a few steps away from Matsumoto Castle. The service is also very good. I think the cleaner made a mistake and took away my white towel. After reporting it to the front desk, they immediately agreed to let me take a similar hotel towel as compensation.

It was close to the station and the room was clean. I would like to use it again if I have business in Matsumoto.

Best value, good location, good service, parking fee 800 yen per night, small room but not cramped, clean, complete with appliances. There are free L drinks available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Very good, very worthwhile.

The charging plug location is difficult to use, only the central air conditioning cannot control the temperature by itself. I asked the front desk what to do if I felt hot, and he said to turn off the air conditioner. If it was still too hot, I could open the window. It was quite funny.
