風呂は無色透明で少し熱いが直ぐに慣れていつまでも体が温まってる良い風呂です、脱衣場には貴重品入れる小さいボックスがありました、風呂上がりの自由に飲める冷水は美味しかった、浴槽から見る景色がガラスが汚れていて外が見えないと口コミを書いた方がいましたが、外の景色はすごい絶景でもないので気になりません、生ビールはグラスも冷えており美味しい、酒も2種類あり普通の味です、部屋の照明はリモコンで明るさ変更できます、トイレもパナソニック製の新しいウオシュレットでした、夕食も種類が多く美味しかった、朝食も美味しかったです、食事場所のスタッフも皆さん良かったです、駐車場に行くにはホテル玄関前に一度停車して受付に行き地図と駐車場の指定番号券を受け取り場所の説明を聞いたら良いです、税込み8580円でアルコール飲み放題のバイキング料理、天然温泉、ありがとうございました。

忙しい時期なのは理解しますが、あまりにも対応が悪すぎ。夕食時間が決められているのはわかりますが松本市内を観光して１９時頃ホテルに戻ると、もう夕食開始の時刻が過ぎているから夕食は難しいです、とのこと。それなら朝、でかける時に鍵を渡しているのですから夕食時間を伝えて欲しいと思います。結局、夕食は食べられず。翌日の朝食は食べれましたがご飯が冷たい。スタッフにご飯が冷たいですねと伝えると、あっそうですか。 おおげさではなく本当に冷ご飯でした。何を聞いても、言っても、当館の決まりですからの一点張り。頭にきて宿泊者の希望やお願いは聞いてもらえないと言うことですか？と尋ねると、そうですねとキッパリ言い切るところが凄い。無理なお願いはしていない。夕飯が食べたかった。四泊しましたが残念なことの連続。もうお邪魔することはありません。
