Hotel Eco Dogo Reviews

The place is really accessible to Dogo Onsen. It is clean & the front desk staff is kind & welcoming. She also tried her best to talk to me in English. My only problem is that since the divider is so thin that I could hear the loud snore of the person in the room & the sounds in the next room. Hoping they would provide earbuds to their guests or bring your own. Toilets are only two on the 2nd floor, one of them is for both gender which will be troublesome if everyone leaves at the same time. But generally it is a good place to stay.

The other review about this place is old. The hotel is a great and cheap place for those who are solo traveling like me.

Very organized and simple, you have everything you need in the general area. The staff were very patient and kind as well. Highly recommend!

1 It's clean, but they only put new bedding covers - you have to put the covers yourself ㅠㅠ The bedding is not clean I didn't use the shared shower room or bathroom at all I paid my own money to go to Dogo Onsen nearby and showered 2 The location is on a steep slope, so it's a bit hard to drag a carrier from Dogo Onsen Station It's a bit hard to breathe when you get all the way up the steep slope ㅋㅋㅋ Women will regret it 3 The price range is 380,000 won, which is cheap for accommodations near Dogo Onsen However, other hotels within a 5m radius are about 60,000 won, which is about 20,000 won more expensive, but when comparing the service facilities, it's not cheap at all 4 First of all, it's hard to have a smooth conversation if you don't speak Japanese The woman at the counter speaks a little English, so communication is barely possible 5 Overall, I don't recommend this accommodation to women It's very noisy at night, and it's a Japanese tatami room and a wooden building So there's almost no soundproofing The cleanliness is even worse in the case of multi-person rooms Drunken customers snoring at night Overbite I can't sleep properly because of the noise of people coming and going in the bathroom. More than anything, They only give you a bedding cover and the customer puts it in and installs it themselves. I don't know much about this--the size doesn't seem to fit either. It's annoying.

The accommodation is very clean. The blankets were also clean. Wider than it appears in the photo. There are enough people to sleep comfortably. There is a separate shower room on the second floor, but it is not a burden because it is a private shower room. The owner and employees are all women and friendly, so I think women can use it with confidence. There seems to be only one Wi-Fi installed at the desk on the first floor, so you should assume there is no Wi-Fi. The location of the accommodation is perfect as it is less than a 5-minute walk from Dogo Onsen. The private rooms have thick walls, so the soundproofing is better than I thought. If you can tolerate the inconvenience of having a separate shower room, this is the best value for money. Everything else was perfect. Recommended for those who want to use it cheaply.

The hotel service was good

It was a pleasant 5 nights and 6 days. The hot springs nearby, food, and the tram station are all well taken care of. The location is quiet, so it's even better.
