Kamar bau rokok, receptionist kurang ramah, swimming pool kurang bersih

This garut hotel was so unique, nice room and cold room and good

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

There are many swimming pools and a jacuzzi, hopefully it's just a shame that when we went there the weather was cloudy so Mount Guntur couldn't be seen. Hopefully we can get another promo price.

The service is good, the facilities are really good, the children's pool is warm, the adults have warm and normal water, the jacuzzi pool, photo spots are all good... The swimming pool is big... The food is varied, the taste is good... The rooms are really clean It just doesn't smell good, the room facilities are complete even if it's a deluxe non-balcony... Very satisfied with my holiday at Harmoni

Best hotel ever, have been there many times, service is ok, food is ok. Especially the pool, kids really like it because it's a warm water pool. Thank you for the photo section on April 3 afternoon, which accommodated the needs of me and my family.

First come, give me a room, AC is hot, complain, wait for it to be fixed, wait for a long time, AC is still hot, the hotel doesn't offer a solution to move rooms at all. Until we waited a long time and complained asking to change rooms and then we were given a change of room, and even then after you waited so long that it was hot, the child was dripping with sweat. For breakfast, the food is very limited, whether because Ramadan is fasting or that's just the way it is. The fruit dish cannot be eaten at all because there are lots of maggot flies that have surrounded it and are left there without any effort to clean it up. The only good thing is the swimming pool.

The view is very charming, the majestic Thunder Mountain. the best room is number 102 with a balcony and view from the 2nd floor room. What's fun, there are 2 large and small onsen pools. There is also a soaking room with a private soaking tub. The only thing that is a bit lacking is that there isn't much variety in breakfast. the rest is all fine. Hot shower in the room is strong, AC is cold.
