Mercure Sao Caetano do Sul

The room they gave us was on the first floor which was under renovation, the balcony of the room was dirty and had a net and ropes hanging from it, there were moldy walls and the bathroom flush was broken, I asked for another room but they didn't give it to us because according to the receptionist the hotel was full, it was terrible

The hotel has a great structure...but leaves something to be desired in terms of staff service. Receptionist does not inform where the rooms are at check in. There was no conference at check out. No one accompanies. The service at the restaurant at dinner was terrible from the waiter. The food is not worth the price. The pool was dirty and there were no staff to help. Outsourced parking no one picks up your suitcase when you arrive.

Super nice and cozy place, I'll be back soon.

一直入住這個酒店，下次還會再來的。

房間比較小，街區很安全，離超市很近。
