Hotel next to the shopping (there is a market), it gives to walk, independent of the time, it is safe to go and come! Hotel with excellent cleaning, cosy room and warm water for the bathroom. Breakfast has a lot of option and excellent food.

The hotel has a good location, surrounded by supermarkets such as Carrefour, shopping is convenient. There is a Baby handmade burger shop opposite, which tastes great. I specially booked the room on the head of the hotel. The space is relatively large, the room in the middle is relatively small, the breakfast is relatively rich, the location of the 1 block near the hotel has a good lunch hall, the business is booming, the price is high, and there is a Localiza car rental point around, which is convenient for renting a car.

We were told that it was a high quality “premium” hotel when we heard a strong “sirene” in the afternoon. We called the reception and said it was a test with the fire alarm. The same alarm, very high, touched for more than 5 minutes at 4:30 a.m.! We were waken up at morning by a fire alarm. My companion was sick and I bought a bread to eat before taking the medicine. I called at the reception and asked for a dish and they said I had to go down to pick up because they don't take anything in the rooms (this pq we paid more than 300 reals a day), and the next day, to celebrate, we tried to drink wine. The premium Hotel refused to provide us with cups and a wine opener, arguing that there were no items in the hotel!!

The hotel's high point is certainly the service and location. I got the best category of apartment (consequently the most expensive) that the unit has (apt 162), with room, high floor, some extra services, etc. However, some small shortcomings that do not compromise the stay in general, but, of course, as a good traveler, I only observed. The reservation was made for 2 people, and when arrived in the room, it had only 1 towel (that quality was not the best for the hotel and the dish) and only 1 bath clothes. When I asked for the two missing, I was immediately answered, but a lack of attention is noticed. Also, when I arrived in the room with a nespresso cafeteria included in the daily, there were only 2 capsules instead of 4 as always available (another failure). Shampoo and air conditioner are supplied and excellent in the bathroom. The hydrating cream I loved and wanted to use was not re-provided before I arrived and certainly, long ago, because the dispenser is huge and hydrating cream is not used so much, a pink got out that gave me to pass in a arm, The hotel has not even been able to offer a good welcome, which a GOLD client usually receives, a chocolate in the room, a fruit, a card and a cupcake or just a good welcome card. But as I said, nothing would compromise your stay, but imagine if these points were corrected? It would be the perfect stay you want to come back, even if it was just to spend a pleasant weekend!
