It was the most difficult stay I've had to date. Starting with our arrival at the hotel, to our surprise, there were 2 single beds in the room, and I booked a double bed. Calling the hotel reception, they identified an error on the part of the agency and still nothing was done. I expected more from a hotel with the name that a Hilton has. Result: my wife and I had to drag the beds to make a “double bed”.
Pillows with a horrible used smell. It felt like we were smelling other people. We asked them to change it and the ones that came in had the same smell.
After all that, we decided to order dinner in the room. Another terrible experience: a picanha that didn't look anything close to a regular steak, it was so bad and tough.
Unfortunately, this was the bad experience we had on this day of celebration that I was spending with my wife.
