Stayed again for 2 days.
It saves trouble and worry and is convenient.
Rich breakfast, gym and swimming pool upstairs. The weather is not so good, the swimming pool is not in use, the gym is used for exercise, and there is cold water for direct use. Very considerate!

It was the most difficult stay I've had to date. Starting with our arrival at the hotel, to our surprise, there were 2 single beds in the room, and I booked a double bed. Calling the hotel reception, they identified an error on the part of the agency and still nothing was done. I expected more from a hotel with the name that a Hilton has. Result: my wife and I had to drag the beds to make a “double bed”.
Pillows with a horrible used smell. It felt like we were smelling other people. We asked them to change it and the ones that came in had the same smell.
After all that, we decided to order dinner in the room. Another terrible experience: a picanha that didn't look anything close to a regular steak, it was so bad and tough.
Unfortunately, this was the bad experience we had on this day of celebration that I was spending with my wife.

Amazing staff and tasty food. I was helped by best staff. I am from USA and not easy to find people that speaks English. Front desk staff larissa, nejara and pedro all speaks english and just amazing. Breakfast employees sandra and angelina knows how to cook. In this hotel if you dont like scramble eggs they serve you, can ask person through google transalte make you omelette free of charge. Any questions you have go to front desk and they will help you. Will visit this hotel again on my next trip

Clean, basic lodging with small rooms. The restaurant had good food and service, I recommend getting the breakfast plan. A small but nice rooftop pool with nice views. There was a sauna and exercise room, as well, tho we didn’t use them. They were clean and nice, however. Convenient covered parking next door for our rental car for a small daily fee.

Bad hotel. Worst bathroom I've ever seen in a hotel: there's no door! There is no door that divides the bathroom from the bedroom and the toilet has a "glass door" that does not close off the entire space. Ridiculous bad. Horrible service at reception. Zero touch with customers. There is no manager after 6pm so forget about any help for your problems. The rooms are a good size, but the beds are bad. Breakfast below expectations. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this hotel even for free.

Por ser padrao Hilton a roupa de cama deveria ser melhor e maior .A cama do nosso quarto era King e a roupa de cama era bem menor , ficava saindo a todo momento das bordas , nao tivemos uma noite de descanso e fiquei bem chateada .
O lencol de cima tbem nao comportava 2 pessoas , pequeno demais .

Surpreendente! Esperava uma boa estadia mas fomos muito bem atendidos, da recepção ao café da manhã, as necessidades no quarto. Equipe bem preparada e pronta para todo auxilio.. e olha que precisamos de tudo. Bercinho pro bebê, cobertas extra, serviço de quarto, ajuda com o ar condicionado. Tivemos excelente esperiencia.
