Barceló Corralejo Sands
"Great Location Friendly Staff Rooms clean and tidy Bathroom large, could do with good lighting Nice balcony, although I don't like glass balconies much prefer a private area to sit. Stayed HB - Food was excellent both a breakfast and dinner. New Years Eve Gala Dinner was lovely. The snack bar was nice No Bar area in hotel only the function room which was out of the way, the pool was freezing (not heated)"
Elba Sara Beach & Golf Resort
"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, the entertainment team especially are second to none constant entertainment throughout the day and the evenings. We travelled as a family of 5 including 2 children aged 5&2 and would definitely go back to this hotel again! The rooms are so spacious and extremely clean, I did have a couple of issues with ants but we mentioned it to reception and within 10 minutes housekeeping were in my room and did another clean around which I thought was excellent service. We didn’t walk to main the town but we did get a taxi and couldn’t believe how cheap it was, €7 return and if you do go to the main town definitely try Fado Rock as that restaurant was amazing! Elba Sara is an amazing hotel especially for families!"
MC Apartments
Aparthotel la Piramide
"Ok, let me set this straight, this is not fancy in the slightest, the apartments are basic, there is no AC, the restaurant is permanently closed, but put all that aside, and this place is still quaint, it's cute, it has character, the staff are some of the friendliest and helpful I've come across. There's a reasonably stocked pool bar, you can get burgers, hotdogs, baguettes etc from there. The pool is lovely, there's an abundance of sun loungers and outside seating, a big bbq area. It's also situated in a really quiet area, the next town where your entertainment is around a 3500 step walk away, but there's also easily accessible street E scooters to hire all over the place, as well as taxi services and buses, making this a perfect location. For us we hired out a car for 4 days of our stay for just over a hundred GBP, With that we managed a decent tour of the Island..... Honestly, I loved our time here, and I was emotional at the thought of leaving...... Thank you to Everyone at La Piramid for helping us fall in love with Fuerteventura, it's been amazing ❤️"

R2 Bahia Playa - Adults Only
"This was our second visit to the hotel. On our last visit a year ago, we didn't get our booked sea view room for the first night. The same happened to us this year as well. This meant that we couldn't unpack for the first night and then wasted the following morning moving to the room we had actually booked and then unpacking - a disappointing start to what was quite a short holiday for us. As compensation, the hotel offered us free entry to the spa, but we were only able to use this for only one day, as our plans were to spend time away from the hotel during each day, seeing the island and walking. This wasn't meaningful compensation for us. Not getting the room we booked once can be excused but twice in successive years, it can't. Such poor management of bookings is not acceptable. We are not sure that we will be returning because of this. Apart from that, we enjoyed the same things in the hotel that we enjoyed the previous year. For us, the location in a quiet village was great (although we can understand why others who like different things might be disappointed by the lack of nightlife). We also liked the buffet food and the view from our sea view room, when we actually got into it, was lovely. We could hear the sea at night, which was a real plus for us. We would say though that the quality of the drinks in the all inclusive deal was really poor and noticeably worse than on our previous visit a year ago. The wine was out of a tap and, for us, was undrinkable. Fortunately, proper bottles of drinkable wine were available but at extra cost. The beer was good but our advice is not to try ordering one of the included cocktails - they also came out of a machine and are dreadful."
Castillo Playa
"We visited for 5 weeks January /February. As always the bungalows were excellent. The staff are all superb."
R2 Romantic Fantasia Suites - Adults Only
"The hotel is amazing and truly earns its 4* rating-all areas are extremely clean and very well maintained including the gardens and pool. All the staff, with the exception of one very grumpy female receptionist who luckily for her didn’t have her name badge on ! but the rest including dinning room, cleaners, gardeners and maintenance were ALL very friendly, helpful and pleasant. The food was plentiful and varied and we thought it quite enjoyable with no complaints at all. The only issue was the bed/pillow as it was like sleeping on a rock and very uncomfortable and the towels whilst clean had obviously done the rounds and were ready for an upgrade. The location at the side of the sea was truly lovey but other than the evening entertainment that the sister hotel provided there’s very little to do on an evening- we were fine with this but some may not be. There is a fantastic public bus service the stop for this is 10 minutes walk. All in all the hotel met all our expectations and I would definitely stay there again we had a wonderful time."
Elba Castillo San Jorge & Antigua Suite Hotel
"We first came here 2 years ago in July, this time in April and would return again! First time we went all inclusive, this time self catering so will base my review on this. Sea view room is a must here, there are stunning views. We picked up croissants from the local supermarket with fresh pastries, fruit etc. I personally preferred this to what can sometimes be stodge or repetitive with all inclusive hotels ( not just this one). Overall the room was great, everything you need, cleaned regularly, plenty of space and lovely cleaning team. Mini club and disco is brilliant for kids. There is so much variety of activities to look forward to, my daughter (6) loved them and the entertainers and literally planned her days to attend! Pool - my gosh it was too cold at this time of year. Maybe 3 or 4 stayed in more than 5 minutes Nearby there is lots to do. Within a few minutes is 5+ restaurants with a park alongside (all so affordable), a few mins further there is a bigger supermarket, more restaurants/bars and shops. The harbour i wouldn't rate as the service is terrible both times we went and the poor sealions! For families we enjoyed throwing rocks in the sea and feeding chipmunks along the walk from the hotel to beach and there is mini golf the other end of the beach. Overall we do like this hotel and will return again but given it's closeness to the airport, I won't bother with transfers next time because of the wait (both times!) and will get a taxi next time. We will return again "
Alua Suites Fuerteventura - All Inclusive
"Lovely atmosphere on the evening and during the day at the resort. There is plenty of places to eat throughout the day such as buffet and pool bar. Additionally there is a à la carte restaurant that is availble as part of the all inclusive that can be booked on certain days in the morning. I highly recommend this as it was lovely!"
Elba Carlota Beach & Golf Resort
"Just got back from 6 days and genuinely had a lovely stay very good location and your right next to the beach. The negative is the hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel as the food was very bland and salty and not very warm also was very disappointed in the snack bar sweatys Sandwiches and sweaty burgers. It felt like they was very short staffed and there was only one person serving at the bar at the pool area. Was very slippery a lady fell over and sprained her ankle as for the swimming pool this really really need so major attention as tiles all coming off and there was visible black mould area the jacuzzi. The tiles in the pool surface need and good cleaning as massive build up of dirt. The poor pool guy was run ragged to try and keep the levels of chlorine good. It was the food and the pool that let it down so won’t be returning sadly as for the sun beds good luck getting one as everyone goes down at 6 am . The room was cleaned at good standard which was a good but def won’t be returning"
Bristol Sunset Beach - Holiday Apartments
"The room is very clean and tidy. The courtyard is beautiful. It is very comfortable to not exceed 25 degrees during the day. You can walk to the commercial street for a quarter of an hour. There is a beach on the left where you can swim. The bus on the island is convenient."
Apartamentos Hesperia Bristol Playa
"Cheapest option for a couple of nights, (shared bathrooms and dorms aside) I read a couple of grim reviews on TripAdvisor so was a little concerned but my experience was good , the only thing I would say that was marginally substandard was the mattress lacked sufficient padding, not terrible but would have benefited from a mattress topper.. But I would use it again, no question."
Bluesea Aloe Corralejo
"Positives: - Staff friendly and helpful - Pool areas and activities fantastic for kids - Food good - Large rooms with a living area Negatives: - Rooms very old and tatty; this wouldn’t have been an issue if there wasn’t a terrible sewage smell - Brown water in showers - Overflowing drains - Whole hotel smells of sewage - 3 cockroaches in our room over the week Overall,we would not stay here again or recommend this hotel. The drains and the cockroaches were a real ick. It’s a shame when you spend a lot of money for a week away and are happy to be back in your own home. The reception offered to move our room but all rooms have the same issue."
Arena Beach
"Very good. Staff are so nice and place is clean."
Barceló Fuerteventura Mar
"Great resort with lots of activities and beach access. Booked for half board and buffet hall was wonderful particularly for breakfast. Fantastic views from the balcony. The bar near the reception was fun and energetic with live music, delicious drinks and excellent service"
Secrets Bahía Real Resort & Spa Adults Only
"This was our golden wedding celebration holiday. We had a lovely bottle of champagne gifted to us which we very much appreciated. The staff are amazing they all work so hard, the restaurants offer a good selection of high quality meals and we could not fault the service which was attentive, polite, swift and friendly. However, I felt that our junior deluxe suite needed some attention as the bathroom had been subjected to a water leek from the floor above and this showed, as well as some wallpaper coming adrift in the corner. This was disappointing. Also the towels which are regularly were thin and grey! Not what you’d expect I a higher grade hotel. We honestly felt that these issues let down the extremely diligent staff. Also be aware that a sea view room is beautiful but in March there is no sun. Better to opt for a room overlooking the pool area."
Dunas Club - Hotel & Apartamentos
"love this complex. Staff very friendly and helpful and location great for the bus network, the ferries and going into town."
H10 Ocean Dunas - Adults Only
"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a very enjoyable experience. spacious rooms (we did upgrade) The location is excellent, with easy access to local the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The food was another highlight. There was a good, and the quality was consistent throughout our stay. We booked the half-board option and were generally happy with the meals provided. á la carte evening meal. There were a couple of minor negatives. We had ants in our room during our stay, although it wasn’t a major issue and didn’t significantly affect our holiday, just a little annoying. One thing that I now find disappointing with most hotels is that water was not included with dinner on the half-board package. It would be nice if complimentary water was provided with meals, especially given the warm weather. Despite these small issues, we had a positive experience overall and would consider returning in the future due to the great location, good food, and friendly staff."
Hotel Rural Restaurante Mahoh
"Never had a worse meal, very unpleasant bordering on inedible. Baby goat, all bone no meat, dry and tasteless. Waitress rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Requested house wine and given expensive alternative. Would not return nor recommend, avoid."
