"Got to our room on Saturday 8/8/26 , air con leaking , reported it and was told it would be done on the Sunday It wasn’t looked at until the Monday , after repeatly going to reception to try get it sorted , it wasn’t fixed until the Tuesday , they left us with no air con until the Tuesday night , asked for fan , was not offered them When we got jet 2 involved , they moved us to an upgraded suite , to little to late as far as I was concerned Everything else about the stay was great , would definitely go back Food was really good and the all the all inclusive package was really good Shame about the customer relations over the broken air con"

"For the non-fussy members of the family, the food variety was great although the themed nights rotate weekly so you may have the same options again if you are there for more than 7 days. Even though there was plain salad, chips, plain pasta, pizza - the fussy members of the family did not eat very much :( For breakfast, there was something for everyone. We went all inclusive to give the kids flexibility so they had a lot of chips/burgers/pizza/onion rings from the lunch cabinet in the pool bar - this suited them and they were able to help themselves. Rooms were big and comfortable although the sofa bed was too hard for the kids - we did request a mattress topper which was provided (although it had a weird scratchy top so we used the spare duvets to cover that) Guests do put towels down on sunbeds from 9am but we did managed to get them, even if it was around the kids pool - this was fine as it was not far to the large pool and actually pretty peaceful. The bar in the evening was nice but service was slow, probably not enough staff - could it have been to reduce the no. of all inclusive drinks provided? maybe.... Good location - 10 mins walk to aqua park in one direction, 10 mins to Corralejo centre the other - lots of shops, bars and restaurants to look at on the way."

"This was our first visit to Fuerteventura, and we were delighted. The hotel was of a very good standard and equipped, but the entire atmosphere was created by the entertainment staff. I especially want to single out Giorgia, who has wonderful energy and enthusiasm, and we were always able to chat with her. We've already convinced our parents to come back next year; maybe we'll come back too."

"In general staff are friendly and restaurant and bar staff work really hard. Food is good and has variety. Animation staff are great. Rooms are good. Sunbeds, just don't bother unless you want to join the cretin crew who put towels down as early as 6pm the night before. Hotel staff do very little, locking away some sunbeds on some evenings but then the cretin crew just gravitate to the other pool. The hotel do not remove tiwels between 10pm and 6am as per their own policy. This got to the point where there were absolutely no beds as early as 7 in the morning."

This time we got the most beautiful room :) From the bed I can look out to sea and enjoy the sunrise, then just put on my swimsuit and hop into the sea in exactly 20 steps from the hotel. Then have an incredibly delicious breakfast in the Barracuda downstairs 💕 that's how a perfect vacation day starts for me 💕"

"Everything was great, staff, atmosphere, facilities and fun. The hostel is 10 minutes walk from the beach and next to the shopping center with a supermarket, shops and restaurants. Possibility of booking surf and kite lessons."

"Never had a worse meal, very unpleasant bordering on inedible. Baby goat, all bone no meat, dry and tasteless. Waitress rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Requested house wine and given expensive alternative. Would not return nor recommend, avoid."

Hotel Riu Palace Tres Islas

"A lot of variety of food, entertainment OK, pool in need of updating, lots of broken tiles, lots of sand in the pool that was not cleaned. Rooms very old fashioned. Electrics went out on two separate occasions, hotel sorted the issue very quickly. We spoke to the tui rep who spoke to the hotel who said they would give us a bottle of cava as an apology we did not receive it though. We would not stay at this hotel again."
