I had the best time ever at the hotel. The room I slept in, was one I never expected, It was beautiful and very well organised. The staff at the hotel are lovely and warm welcoming. The Hotel is the best place one can stay over when on holiday in mbale and Eastern Uganda as whole. Its a lovely place. Very lovely place. I was impressed by the organisation of the staff, from the entrance to the room, these people are caring and loving.I was very impressed, Indeed its a five star Hotel.

We were a group of 12 family and friends and stayed at Mbale resort hotel for 4 nights. We were highly impressed with the high standard of the hotel and the excellent service provided by all the friendly staff. They satisfied us with all our requests and we would highly recommend this hotel in Mbale as the best hotel there. The variety of food was also excellent.

A lovely stay here with friends. I doubt I have ever heard more birdcalls ever in a single walk. Lovely work that the Management has done with trees and shrubbery, allowing them their full expression. An eco theme for this resort would be a natural next step, with a focus on indigenous flora species. I love rooms with mountain views and I got a lovely one, Room 318. Management and customer care for the hotel is above average for Uganda. More to be done though. Food is great and shows a lot of thought. The hot water in the showers is hot hot and endless. The bath linen should be upped. Bed linen was fine. Loved this and will be happy to do this again. I must knock the hotel for not placing in the room the fine Arabica coffee that this region is known for. Who said in-room coffee must be instant?

I had a fantastic stay at Mbale Resort Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the rooms were spacious with stunning views of Mount Elgon. The food was delicious, with great local and international options. The pool and gardens were perfect for relaxation, and the overall ambiance was peaceful. The customer service was outstanding, making it a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Mbale region!

Appreciation to instructor Baker is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making fitness journey awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health and sharing & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit,appreciate his dedication and admire him for the same.GYM facilities and services to expectations.

Large room with balcony. Immersed in nature...a stream passing through, several trees, sounds of birds, water flow soothing. Cool even in hot weather. Room service in reasonable time. Staff cordial and very helpful. Complementary services: gym, steam bath, and sauna. A reasonably priced massage and salon services.

The Mbale Resort has greatly improved its services since management changed hands from Protea back to the former owner. The staff now seem happier making the place brighter and more pleasant. The only downside are power blackouts but the hotel however has a standby generator. I believe the hotel rates are the best in East Africa. And breakfast is GREAT.
