Friendly hotel.... Good location.... High floor.... No elevator but very friendly people staff at the hotel.

WORTH IT! Please support this hotel, the receptionist was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious, also have water heaters. Usually foreigners stay at this hotel but pandemic really shut this business down :(

This is the cheapest, cleanest, and most comfortable hotel in Medan. The staff is also very friendly and polite. The cheapest but not cheap, the service is great.

The hotel staff is rude and there is no elevator. It is a very unclean hotel with no hot water and poor beds, so I absolutely do not recommend it.
