Hotel service is appalling. They don’t clean the rooms and you have to call housekeeping numerous times a day for them to clean. Suhoor was really bad , like a school canteen and can you believe no tea or coffee available at breakfast / Suhoor. Plumbing is terrible . Our room only had boiling hot water coming out of the tap. Won’t recommend this hotel

I have a deep dissatisfaction regarding my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, our experience has been severely affected due to the constant and unbearable noise coming from the air conditioning machines located on the terrace. This noise goes on 24/24, making it absolutely impossible for us to sleep or rest properly. we were never informed by the reception staff about this serious issue when we checked in, which is completely unacceptable. As guests, we expect honesty and transparency, especially when it concerns something that directly impacts our well-being. I really don’t advice the hôtel

The location is excellent. Located just behind Oberoi. The passageway is quiet offering easy access especially to the Ladies area. Breakfast was ok. The service in terms of cleaning and overall service leaves alot to be desired and needs improving. I requested a few times from reception an email address to address the service and cleaning issues with management however no one was able to provide one. If these issues were to be addressed I'd happily return in future.

"Terrible hotel with the worst management. Never stay at this hotel if you have any self-respect. The manager, Noshad, is the worst I’ve ever encountered. He has no ethics and no manners when speaking to customers. If you want to maintain your hotel's reputation, you should dismiss him. I was in the breakfast lounge, getting food for my mother as she was fasting. I had received permission to take her food to the room since she wasn't having breakfast, and I had paid for her meal. However, Noshad, the hotel manager, rudely stopped me and took the plate from my hand in front of everyone. I told him that if it wasn’t allowed, he should have explained it politely, rather than behaving so rudely."

Stayed three days 18th to 21st - Room and bathroom amenities were excellent: we had every needed kit in the shower: tooth,shaving, body and hair wash every thing was available - Room has iron and ironing set in closet - kittle & coffee machine are in the room -breakfast buffet was excellent with various food selection: salads , protein groups , vegetables, fruits…etc I can say honestly it is typical all diet types friendly -make sure when requesting room service to confirm your room number - hotel coffee bar is the best : friendly hosts :fawzia and mohammed very nice people , great turkish coffee

I was made to wait for the room for 2hrs arriving close to midnight. I was given a room with two single beds and was told it would be changed to a king which never happened. The drain smelt terrible and got worse as the stay continues. The reception was total chaos when arriving. No system at the hotel and staff were also not experienced.
