This is second time i am staying at this hotel and main reason is location. Its very near to Masjid Nabwi, one can go to prayer and come back room in every prayer. Womens gate also nearby.
I travel by road and they provided free parking on availability, which is peace of mind for me. Both times i got the free parking alhumdulillah.
Lots of places to eat nearby also in Taiba Commercial Center.
Overall very good.

I booked for 2 days but when u arrived at the hotel they said it was booked only for one night.

the location is good, cleaning is good. The service was not good, i have requested drinking water in the room but they refused to supply. they told me that my reservation doesn't include drinking water despite water is a basic service in any hotel.

Location was perfect. You can walk everywhere in a few minutes only especially to mascid el nebevi. Hotel employees was pozitive and smiling all the time. But Ashadul was giving the best service for our rooms house keeping. Thank you once again for everything 🙏🏼

This place is appalling!!! Although the staff are friendly, the service is non-existent. The hotel is run down and needs to be renovated. The bathrooms are dated and not cleaned properly. We stayed on the 8th floor and there was a damp smell as soon as you exited the elevators. The damp smell was also in the rooms. The view out of the window was obscured by dirt and dust. The maintenance and upkeep of this place is atrocious. The hotel is classed as a 3 star, however, it is not anywhere near the standard of a 3 star in Europe or Turkey. Stay away and book somewhere else. We were glad to leave this place!!!
