The hotel is dated and the last one on the block.
Service is good.

Very short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi. And there’s plenty of food options and shops right below the hotel.

A wonderful hotel in all aspects. I thank the entire wonderful team and reception staff for their dealings and service heroes and the security and safety team. It deserves to be stayed in and repeated.

MaashaAllah ************* Yesterday I was served well at this hotel, there was nothing unpleasant during the 3 MLM 4 days, everything was fine.. The check-in staff and the bellboy were nice.

For some reason, the hotel receptionist redirected us to another hotel, saying that we had been upgraded to a five-star hotel. They sent me to the Taiba Front Hotel, claiming that it was a five-star hotel. In the end, they just cheated. This is a 3-star hotel below the level. And this is in Madinah, in the territory of Haram. Awful. Are Muslims allowed to do that?!

There are bedbugs on every single bed and cockroaches on the floor. The internet does not work and it only works in the lobby and they do not change the bedsheets maybe like once a month. The toilets do not even flush properly and the elevators glitch alot. It takes a long time for you to get to once place to another. But the workers were very nice. So overall, I give this hotel 2 out of 5 stars
