Great location near free metro access in the CBD, though I preferred exploring the area on foot to discover local cafes and eateries. The breakfast offers good value, and the rooms are consistently clean. Note: renovations are ongoing on the ground floor.

overall stay was good, location is good and near skybus, however tv was spoilt and had to change room but was spoilt again… overall rooms were clean but no toothpaste and bf was simple but nice

They allow me to check in earlier because they saw me pregnant and need to rest. Appreciate their nice and warm service (We just take early flight from Hobart to Melbourne as well)

It’s very noisy from 3112 who is long-stay customer. He doesn’t sleep in the night. Ghost in the building. Make a lot of noise from 2:00am to 6:00am.
Had complained to reception, it’s better , but still can’t sleep quietly.

Everything is under expectations, however we booked a standard queen room but we been assigned a accessible queen room. 🤣. Anyway we still enjoyed the stay and breakfast are quite decent.

Location is very good. Just 5 minutes walk from Melbourne Southern Cross Train Station. Where it's connected with the airport by Skybus in 30 minutes, connected with Sydney by train in 10 hours. Free tram line is nearby.
