"Overall a good location as there are 2 tram stops just a quick 3 to 5 mins walk away from the apartment. There is a minimart and 7-11 just downstairs, convenient for picking up necessities. The apartment was quite big and had very useful amenities like a washer, dryer and fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and big fridge. Unfortunately, the air-conditioner wasn't the best for me as it was a standing type located near the window in the living room. Despite adjusting to the lowest temperature and highest fan speed, the bedroom was still quite warm. Body wash, shampoo, hair conditioner and towels were provided but not toothbrush, comb or bottled water. There was a kettle provided but I would prefer having bottled water provided daily. I was also surprised that housekeeping was not provided for my 5-nights stay. Fresh towels can be requested by hanging a sign on the door before 8 am. Generally a good stay but do note that the reception counter is not open 24 hours, so if you arrive outside these timings, separate arrangements should probably be pre-arranged."

"The kettle was dirty. Cups was so so aswell. For price above 350$ u expecting the kettle and cups are clean. Everything else was clean. For local travellers this place is not good to stay. They have the 1 and half hour parking, or the 3 hours parking. I am assuming it’s private, because the sign is for 24hr, meaning at night is only allow 1 and half of free parking. And to park u have to pay extra 25$. Which is greedy, because this is not Melbourne cbd is 40km away. Dont stay here if you can. When I call them they say there no room, but in trips.com they seem to have plenty of room. Not sure what’s their issues is"

"The hotel has a good sense of design and the location is decent, but there's no lobby. For parking, you have to walk to the main road to catch a taxi. The cleanliness is acceptable, and it even serves as a crew hotel for Sichuan Airlines. However, the biggest problem is the 'software' – meaning, the staff training is lacking. Apart from the receptionists on the sixth floor, a black gentleman on the first floor, and another Southeast Asian lady who managed to smile and greet guests, all other staff, from housekeeping to regular restaurant servers, maintained a poker face throughout. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a dedicated staff elevator. On one occasion, the body odor from a South Asian staff member in the guest elevator was so strong that I had to temporarily step out and take another elevator. Also, when I was having breakfast at the hotel, I switched tables. Even though the restaurant manager knew I had moved, the coffee I had ordered was still placed on my original table and remained there for a long time without anyone noticing or informing me. I eventually had to retrieve it myself. There are many other hotels in the area, so I'll probably try a different one next time."

The only downside is that it's overpriced."

The hotel has a more business-oriented feel, with fewer tourists and mostly people on business trips. 🏡Room: The room itself was quite spacious, though the hallway felt a bit cramped and narrow. However, I loved that it had a separate walk-in closet, a proper dining table, and a sofa. The room layout was incredibly comfortable and even suitable for entertaining friends. 🗺️Location: It's perfectly situated within the free tram zone, and you can walk to the casino and mall across the street for dining in just 2-3 minutes, which is very convenient for independent travelers. You can also pay the deposit with a $1 card swipe here. 🍴Breakfast: If it's not included with your room, it's probably not worth paying extra for. However, they offer discounted steak for dinner, which is a good value option that I'd recommend."
