GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit old, but its location is a big plus – super convenient for shopping! The bed was comfy and soft, and the in-room facilities were well-equipped. No one offered to help with luggage, and the hotel has two entrances, but the staff didn't tell me which one was easier for catching a ride. When I came back by taxi, they didn't open the door for me, but when my friends dropped me off, they were very enthusiastic, opened the car door, and greeted us!

It's only a three to four-minute walk to Southern Cross Station, where you can catch the SkyBus or take the tram. The city center is just four stops away (and it's free!). The hotel's soundproofing is good, and the front desk is 24-hour, requiring a deposit.

DDizhuniangThe surroundings are incredibly convenient, with a supermarket, a wet market, and Chinese restaurants right next door. The room is fully equipped with kitchenware, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer, and a TV, making it perfect for Chinese families traveling together. My parents really liked it. Although it's a bit far from the city, it doesn't affect our sightseeing at all.

All in one soap/shampoo/facewash. Bring your own toiletries because I couldn’t find the toothpaste. I could be blind. Bed was comfortable. I had a view of the street. It was adequate space. I was comfortable.

GGuest UserOn 24/6 I ordered fried eggs during breakfast, yet the quality of the eggs were not up to standard, yolk was not normal and with no taste at all, yet I ordered same on the next day with a different chef, that was back to a normal egg, I wondered Sheraton would use such quality of eggs!
Another opinion is that gym room facilities are not enough, thanks!

GGuest UserThe 1 bedroom hotel room was a great size. The kitchen had everything. The bathroom was good with all the necessary products. The king mattress was very comfortable. Thought it was odd no one made the bed each day and that we didn’t get a towel service each day. Good location, 10-15min from most things. Would recommend.
