Great

GGuest UserVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

AAnonymous UserGood for one people stay caused it is not much space. Ameities can requested at reception. Location quite good can walk to Southern Cross station, Flinder Station or Town Hall station. For Uber, driver might drop you at the closest street, Flinder Lane. Easy walk just 1 mins but quite hard if you have 2 luggages.

蔡蔡梦萍Needing to catch an 8am flight, this was a very happy choice with its free 24hr airport shuttle service... And wakeup call at 4:20 am. All staff members I spoke with were courteous and helpful, from reception to restaurant and bus driver. I had exactly the meal I wanted and needed: a light broth wonton soup and a plate of broccolini. As I was trying a new Chinese tea, the restaurant staff gave me some cups of hot water for my gaiwan. The room was very good, with a comfortable bed, clean sheets, and well lit pathways outside except the section along the road-facing wall of the units. The room had a kettle with tea, coffee, little milk serves in the mini fridge. What I didn't like was the poor sound proofing in the room, as I could clearly hear the guy next door on his mobile phone.

JJacekhooCheck-in was quite smooth as they could retrieve my booking very quickly. I was able to check in at 2 pm on time, which was good. The room was very basic but it's true to the photos advertised. The room is clean and well kept and comes with a microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Bedding was average, but overall, this motel is very well located with a 24-hour Mac just beside and Coles within walking distance. I booked a family room for 4, so I would expect 4 sets of plates, bowls, metal spoon, and forks. There were only 2 bowls, 2 small plates, 2 large plates, and one metal dining knife, so it would be better for the hotel to provide these based on the number of guests expected for the room. Otherwise, it's really a good place to stay for its location and cleanliness.

SsjudkshdiNice staff let us check in late, there are heating mats on the mattresses, and the room is very clean and spacious. There is a heater but the warm air didn't reach the far side of the room. Close to moonlit sanctuary for those who want to stay nearby.

GGuest UserI think the facilities are worth the price. There were two outlets next to the bed, but one of them couldn't fit because of the width of the bed rail and the size of the plug. I paid $6 for towels when I checked in, and got $5 back when I checked out.
