AluaSoul Menorca - Adults Only
"The staff made it a great experience. Good variety for the food and general ambiance was great! Lots of amenities but the spa and changing room looked a little dated and tired, so did the corridors. The room was also very simple and bed quite squeaky, which were disappointing. Loved that they offered showers on the day we left!"
AluaSun Mediterráneo
"This place is an amazing! The hotel is clean and well maintained. Pool area is fantastic as is the bar and restaurant. We are at the à la carte and couldn’t fault the food or the service. As we were only there for a few nights, the menu was sufficient for us, but I think if staying longer, the menu may become monotonous, but the quality of food was great! The staff very friendly throughout the hotel. The area itself is very quiet, which was perfect for us but others might find it too sedate as there are no other restaurants etc around, but the area and village is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are coming again in mid June."
Comitas Tramontana Park
"The hotel never fails to please us, this is our 8th visit and we are due back again in July. The staff are as always a pleasure to meet, the views are amazing, the rooms meet all requirements of self catering, adequately equipped and cleaned to the highest standards. Car hire is not a must but highly recommended, I would also recommend Okapi and La Franola for the best tapas. Fornells is around a 5 min car journey or 45 min walk away with beautiful views, food and atmosphere."
Globales Cala'n Bosch
"We had a super holiday at this lovely hotel. At check in we were greeted by friendly reception staff. Our room was clean and fresh and we had panoramic views over the pool, beach and harbour. All the staff we met were welcoming and friendly. Particular mention to the lovely lady on the pool bar (apologies as we couldn’t remember her full name but think it begins “V”), to Rosa in the restaurant and to Mattia the young pasta chef who had only just started to work at the hotel. He was so chatty snd stopped to talk even when he had finished work for the evening. Previous reviews said that the entertainment was not in English, we did not find this and all the entertainment staff took the time to say hello to us. We would certainly return to this hotel and the beautiful island of Menorca."
Boutique Hotel Sant Roc & Spa
"The perfect place to stay in Mahon. Great location and staff. We enjoyed the spa and nothing was a problem to the staff. Spotlessly clean and we will definitely return."
Sol Milanos Pinguinos
"On arrival the outside of the hotel is looking very shabby, but being beach location you can forgive that a lot of that is to do with the weather elements. The inside of the reception area, bar and pool all very nice and clean and new looking. The rooms however do not meet this standard. They are basic at most and desperately outdated. There is a lot of mould in places. Worst of all was that there was no hot water at all the whole time we was there despite complaining to reception nothing was done about this and no explanation given. We was only staying 3 nights with friends and overall the experience wasn't bad. The bar could have done with more staff and the entertainment was good. Food was delicious, all inclusive (doesn't cover named brands of alcohol or cocktails)"
Bimbolla Apartaments
"The hotel service is excellent, very pleasant, you have the beach close by, in the same hotel there is a bar to have a drink whenever you want. The pool was excellent, everything neat and clean. A place to relax and have a great time Without a doubt I would repeat again 🙌"
Grupotel Playa Club
"We had an amazing holiday at Playa Club. The guests were mainly young couples from all over Europe with small children so relatively quiet. The facilities at the hotel were excellent and our room and the rest of the hotel spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety to choose from. The outdoor pool area was as large with plenty of sun beds and no towels out keeping sun beds which was good. The staff were all very good, efficient, polite and friendly. It was my birthday during our stay and I was pleasantly surprised on the morning of my birthday to the young man from reception at our door with a birthday cake including candle and matches! What a lovely touch. We will definitely be back to this fabulous hotel."
Osprey Menorca Hotel
"As always, a great choice. Perfect location, quiet, clean, and great value."

"Myself and adult son stayed for 4 nights and had an amazing time, the apartment was comfy, spacious and clean, and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful if needed. The surrounding area although small had some lovely places to eat, the beach and views were amazing and the whole area felt very safe. We would defiantly return and feel this is a little hidden gem."
Menorca Binibeca by Pierre & Vacances Premium Adults Only
"Very good stay, and very beautiful."
Grupoandria Hotel Platja Gran
"Well-located hotel. No parking. But it is easy to park in the adjacent streets. Cleanliness ok. Friendly staff. Bedding quality: average. Very simple room with the bare minimum, no kettle but a small fridge."
Beach Club Menorca
"Initially, I would train the staff who receive travelers, as the person who greeted us never gave us the restaurant's hours, and when we went to eat, it was already closed. They didn't tell us how to use the card to turn on the lights. If we hadn't asked someone from maintenance, we wouldn't have even known. It was a suite, and the TV and the door key didn't work. Terrible service! I felt ripped off paying for such an expensive room and finding everything broken."
Globales Lord Nelson
"So just returned form this hotel and what can I tell you. Well first off it very clean, the rooms are average size with 2 single beds pushed together to make a good size double. You have tea & coffee making facilities in the room as well as I worderobe and 2 sets of drawers either side of the bed. The room also has a TV with very limited channels and BBC northen island for some reason 🤔. The food was ok pretty much what you expect from all inclusive. The drinks were exactly the same as well...local wine, beer and standed soft drinks. The beach is a minute walk from the hotel however there were absolutely no sunbeds on the beach in may? Entertainment was brilliant every night...starting off with bingo and then a live show which for an all inclusive hotel was 5 star. And the Entertainment during the day was done by Johnny on his own 6 days a week from 10 am...he was absolutely brilliant and deserved a 5 star rating as he works so hard. Now the bad points. When you think of all inclusive you believe you get everything correct....not here you don't. Most items on the menu at the snackbar you have to pay for,the same with the premium cocktails in the poolbar and main bars which is very disappointing. Don't say your all inclusive if you have items to still need to pay for. Pool towels are payable to with a deposit that I think you get back but didn't use this service. Sunbeds are at a minimum round the pool and get taken up very early in the morning from anytime from 5.30 am onwards. If you went down at 8 am you probably wouldn't get one. The pool is fresh water and very cold 🥶 but nice when its really hot outside. Housekeeping is ok but we asked for towel and bed linen change and the charge was not up to par in respect that some items had stains on both new towels and sheets. But overall as an all inclusive hotel i will give it a 3 for facilities,5 for entertainment,3 for food and drinks and a 4 for location. The bus service it local towns is fairly good at 6 euros each but its at least 45 minutes to an hour to a local town. There is a gym onsite but its very small I also noticed a little bit of upkeep wouldn't go a miss as a couple of toilets cubicals had no locks on the doors so if you need to use them it made it quite uncomfortable and nerve racking to use. Probably wouldn't use this hotel again not because its bad because probably wouldn't visit the island again."
MELIÁ Cala Galdana
"The room is not big, but the sea view is beautiful! The red-haired lady at the check-in front desk was very patient and nice, and explained every matter in detail! It gave us a very good impression when we first arrived at the hotel! Including booking a boat trip and a taxi to the airport, the entire front desk team was very active and professional! I especially want to emphasize the praise of the beautiful Manuela who is the receptionist at the cape nao restaurant on the ground floor. She is so nice, very enthusiastic and energetic! She helped us find a good dining seat, and asked us if the meal was cold and if we needed a shawl! She knew that girls like to take pictures, and she also helped us reserve a sea view table for dinner the next day! I was really touched! My whole heart was healed!"
Bordoy Casa Ládico - Hotel Boutique Adults Only
"Very nice hotel located in the heart of Mahon. Pretty decoration, nice and comfy bed and friendly staff at the front desk. Good breakfast with great value. (very delicious and various choice)"
Cristine Bedfor
"Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Mahon. The perfect base for a holiday in Menorca so you have access to the bars and restaurants in the evening. Within a 15 minute walking distance from a very nice beach but otherwise the island is very accessible from Mahon. We hired a car and can recommend Binibeca beach but its apparently very busy in the high season. Hotel decor is super chic and done very well. It's cosy but cool particularly in the small sitting rooms on the ground floor where you can sit and read, play chess or have a glass of wine. The restaurant is fantastic with a contemporary menu using all local ingredients. The chef was very friendly. The wine list is lovely and the atmosphere is romantic. There is a small courtyard garden which is lovely for a pre dinner cocktail and there are also drinks served around a small pool - perfect for a quick dip after a day on a beach. The clientele is polite and understated. Rooms are nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. All rooms are very different from each other and we weren't lucky enough to have a balcony or a garden view but were otherwise happy. Probably the highlight of this hotel is the staff. Possibly the most friendly and helpful bunch I've experienced. Jose on reception and Jasper in the restaurant are two that stand out but everybody else was perfect too. We hope to visit again soon."
Barceló Nura
"We had a wonderful holiday at Barcelo Nura in Menorca. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and the Salt Water pools were beautifully clean and well looked after. The beds were comfy and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall wonderful!"
Playa Parc Apartments
HG Jardín de Menorca
"The outside of some of the buildings are starting to show signs of age and in need of repair; that said, the room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view across the nature reserve was brillaint. Th grounds were well kept and tidy. Every member of staff we came across during our stay were very helpful, pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. The food was good with plenty of choice. It's a buffet so it tended to be warm rather than hot unless it was straight off the fryer. The dessert cakes were always light and tasty. Lots of choice at breakfast. The hotel itself is on the outskirts of Son Bou, but there was a free courtesy bus to take you into town/to the beach; or it was a pleasant 20 minute stroll. If you were looking for a quiet hotel, you'd have found it here. We enjoyed our week here and would absolutely return to this hotel if staying in Son Bou again."
Rvhotels Sea Club Menorca
"The location is fantastic, with stunning views and a spectacular sunset. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Overall, a great place to stay and enjoy the beauty of the area."
Hotel Patricia Menorca
"Almost everything at this hotel was excellent. Positives------- Extremely clean Friendly staff Nice pool area Great breakfast Good position to enjoy the city Negatives---- No view from rooms of the city or harbour Breakfast was good quality but often had to wait for pastries/fruit etc to be replenished Would we stay here again?? Definitely"
Sagitario Playa
"We have been staying at Sagitario playa for 4 years ( 2019, 2022, 2023 ) and this year We always enjoy one of the best hotel and staff we ever seen, including this year from 7th - 16th September 2024 We would like to thank all the staff, mainly at the restaurants , the Colombian chef , Begonia and Mari at reception However this year wasn't the same room as every year, and NOT sure we will be back next year, as every year we get room 137, 237 . I always say in business that costumer is first and easy to keep a regular costumer BUT difficult to get new costumer my feed back comments as follow: 1- Despite sending a few emails requesting a nice room, similar the year before, we have been allocated a room with the street view, as have vertigo problem with road noisy , I had stated that to the receptionist, she wasn't friendly with us, and after loooong persuasion we have given room 001. 2-Room 001 toilet seat hinge was broken ,the shower leak water at the floor and ventilation to the bathroom apart from opening the window. 3- As the room at ground floor, we cant open the window, as flies enter the room 4- A few occasion we see and heard kids at our back window and front noisy coming from the back house/enter to the to the hotel. 5- On 11th September there was building work to next room 002 , for the door and we couldn't relax at all. walking from /to the room from the main building , the ground is full of birds dirt. The above is to bring to your attention , and we never had such experience in the previous year we always want a relax peaceful room for our wedding anniversary, and every year we get a congratulation card from the hotel , and despite indicated that in my emails , we got nothing this year!"
Alua Illa de Menorca
"Hotel recomemdable 100%. Buffet genial, habitación espectacular, aparcamiento gratuito y super accesible. Volvería si o si."
Palladium Hotel Menorca
"Good hotel in a quiet area."
Catalonia Mirador des Port
"Located somewhat out of the center, but with good views of the harbor. The room was very, very small, with barely any room to walk between the bed and the table or the window. I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards. The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again, but in a different room."
Grupotel Club Turquesa Mar
"Just returned after an amzing week long stay the this beautiful hotel, we was a family of 13 with 8 adults and 5 kids ages ranging from 1 year to 13 year. We arrived just before lunch and was immediatly welcomed by the Reception team who informed us our rooms were ready. We all all had apartments in block 3, 3 of the rooms was next door to each other the other was just around the corner. There is a small lift available aswel as stairs. All our rooms overlooked the stunning pool and surrounding areas of the hotel. Natasha the F&b manager and her team are a true credit to the hotel, they catered for everyone need and nothing was a problem and they always had a smile. Food options in the buffet restaurant at breakfast, lunch and dinner were great lots of variety and different nationalities each night. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool area and spares stacked up on the side of the stairs to block 3. Plenty of kids entertainment aswel as kids club and a baby club. Guests get 1 free visit to the Taverna Restaurant if theyre staying all inclusive for 7 days or more. Restaurant menu in there is basic but the food was delicious and enjoyed by all. There is 2 beaches about a 5 -10 minute walk from the hotel. The one by the marina was our favourite. The other beach was nice but too many jelly Fishin that part kf the med. We are looking forward to returning next year. If you enjoy boat trips we took a half day trip with amigos boat trips and it was a great day, calm waters beautiful weather. Food and drink available on board. It also moors near to a beach where u get 1 hrs stay before finishing the tour, be aware to were suitable footwear when goin to the beach as u have tocwalk along an un even section of path along side a cliff..id say it was wasnt suitabke with yound kids with pushchairs or elederly guest with restricted walking but dont let that deter you from going on it as you can stay in the boat if you dont want to go on the beach. 2 supermarkets walking distance fromt the hotel with a huge range of products at reasonable prices. Thanks again for such a great time. Looking forward to returning next year."
